Best Service & Assistance ever.
My experience dealing with James Stafford & Andrew Cleary is one of the best I have ever had, in buying a car, new or used. There was no pressure, just pure assistance, at all times. Thank you guys. I will have no hesitation in recommending you to everyone.

Owners son out joy riding in vehicle I wanted to C
Dealership called me to come in and look at vehicle I inquired about on line. When I got to dealership after over 30min drive was told I could not see the vehicle because the owners son was out joy riding in vehicle. Completely unprofessional. These are the guys that give USED CAR SALESMEN their bad reputation. Would not do business with them, 3d rate outfit.

Worse Place Ever
Bought a car Nov 2020 for 7k, with check from bank. Car broke down two days later. I take it back. They give me a loaner. Keeps the car for three months. I’m calling asking they are giving me the run around about not knowing what’s going on. Finally in Jan 2020 they tell me it has engine issues. Almost three months to the day that I initially returned the car. Now they are telling me I have to pay thousands of dollars for the engine and I’m like you guys told me you mechanic look at the car and everything was great. Now these guys have the audacity to consistently blame me for the damages. After going back And forth we agreed I pay 2500 and they just fix the issues. One week after the replaces the engine, the coolant started to leak. I take it back. They try yet again to place the blame on me. But they fixed it because of a thirty day warranty on repairs even though Mark the owner tried to say the coolant leaking was a different issues even though they replaced the engine. Now here we are in July and my car is leaking coolant like the Niagara Falls. I take it to a different, more professional mechanic and I’m told they did a xxxxty job of install the engine and reconnecting all the hoses which is the reason it’s leaking coolant. They will now have to to clean and replace gaskets and more. Totally 2k!!! If I wanted to buy a used care for 11.5k I would have. All I could afford was 7k. So I shelled out 4.5k and still making payments to my bank for the 7k. These guys are very greedy and snakey. From the sales ppl to the owner. Lesson learned. I wouldn’t recommend at all. And I think the positive reviews are from the dealership sales reps and not actual people. Don’t shop!!

embodiment of the slimy used car salesman
these guys will use every trick in the book to hide the condition of the vehicle you are buying. Things they did when I bought my car there Cleared the DTC's in the computer so that the check engine light went off, the next time i filled it up it triggered the faulty purge valve DTC and turned on the check engine light. Chevy dealer looked up the log of when they were cleared and it was last cleared an hour before i test drove it. 3 DTC's were listed as permanent, so they were there before the test drive. This part is partially my fault, when i test drove it the truck was running and the key was in it already. I didn't notice that it didn't come with a key fob. when you unlock the truck with a key only it sets the alarm off, and with no fob you can't turn it off til you start it. When I had talked to them on the phone, there were "no problems at all" with this truck. Only after I had paid did he mention there was no fob. Smoked in the truck after I had paid for it, and they were driving it back from final check. Headlight needed replaced which they did, unfortunately they didn't tighten the bolts they had to take out so they rattled out on the highway. You might be able to get a good deal there but they will try to screw you.

Scam artists and liars
My grandmother asked me to come in with her to inspect a vehicle she planned on buying from these guys. She called ahead to hold the vehicle and had a check written out for the full amount since she was buying it cash. When we showed up the they told her the vehicle was sold and they offered one similar but they failed to disclose prior damage to the vehicle. I inspected the vehicle and noticed the shotty job they did to hide the damage to the front end and poor job they did welding the radiator support. Please do your research and due diligence before buying from these guys because they are liars and thiefs.

They're interested in the $ more than service
I bought a BMW from this dealership on a Saturday. The following Wednesday, I took the car in to have the oil changed and service performed. The mechanic said the car had electrical issues and they couldn't tell me how extensive the problem was until they started working on it. I called Central Autohaus, and they said that they car had been titled, so I couldn't return it. I thought that was odd since it had been only 3 business days, so I called the tax office and they said they had no record. I mentioned this to Sam at CAH, and he said there was nothing he could do but I did have the option to trade-in the car. That's what I did. I lost over $4K in just a 4 day period. They then charged me $500 to fix a dent in the new BMW that I purchased. They knew they "had me" so they took full advantage of the situation. I would not recommend this business.
