I usually hate buying cars but the staff at Martins made the experience comfortable. They were relaxed and answered any questions I had. I was able to negotiate a great deal in a low-stress enviroment. I was shown paperwork regarding the car and even the car-fax by the staff. Driving the I encountered a minor problem. I called the staff and was told by the owner that they stood behind any car they sold. They set up an appointment with a car dealer for me and the problem was fixed with no cost to me (turned out I actually caused the problem by inadvertantly resetting on of the safety features). The staff has remained very helpful to me even after I purchased the car, still answering any questions I had. The staff seems to be very selective on the cars they sell there. I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service offered by the dealership.
