I set up an appointment for my 2012 F150 to have a

I set up an appointment for my 2012 F150 to have a heater/AC blower motor switch repaired. The wait time was a month. I told the service rep what was going on as the fan switch worked in only the 2 highest settings. He said, "It's probably the "blower motor resister." I said ok. I told them my back window wasn't rolling down w/the switches but I didn't want to spend money repairing that but, could you check it for me? I get a call in the afternoon to pick up my car and get shuttled back to the dealership. Upon going to the payment window, I'm told I owe them $411.00?:-/ They charged a full hour to tell me my window was not a switch gone bad and, another hour to do a 30 min., two bolt, plug and play resistor replacement part. I questioned them about it there as the pay window is adjacent the service desk. The service person looked at it and said "Yep, that's what it costs, no discrepancy here." I'm glad so many are impressed, but, I'm not. This is a "one and done" for me! It's a shame. Nice facility, but, this was a part that Advance Auto sells for $25. And, anyone could figure it out by watching a YouTube video. PS: Not to mention the fact that they found a nail in my back tire and wanted to know if they could order 2 new tires for me. (I know that's some dealers policy) I told them no, I was aware of it and I had a tire on the way that will be installed the next day. I'm just saying. Buyer be advised.

Dan Happ is AWESOME!

Dan Happ is AWESOME! Best car dealership experience, ever! My wife and I have never been so favorably impressed. To start, the overall atmosphere/ambiance of the showroom was relaxing & welcoming. Dan was so knowledgeable, so personable, so charming! My wife appreciated his ability to understand her finely-tuned sense of aesthetics, and helped ease the transition from driving some cute car from Los Angeles….to driving a full-size pick-up truck. As for me, I was under some time constraints to purchase a “tow vehicle” for a recently purchased travel trailer. Had to wrap it up in two days, in order to make the trip to meet the trailer’s seller, to transact the deal. Dan made it happen! He definitely went way out of his way to accommodate our quick turnaround, and we will never forget him. He didn’t push his own agenda; instead, just listened to us, and went with the flow. Comfortable & fun! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING, DAN!

Great dealership to work with!!

What a great atmosphere!!! Great knowledgeable people that work there. Any questions I had were explained very professionally & answered with as much information as I needed to make the right decision!! Wasn’t a forced or pushy sale! I was able to go in, explain what car I was looking into purchasing & if that didn’t work had other options, but in the long run ended purchasing the vehicle I had done my research on!!! I am very thrilled with the outcome!! Thank you very much to Van Bortel & the great staff there!!!

What a great atmosphere!!! Great knowledgeable people that work there.
