I wish there was a negative star to give.

I wish there was a negative star to give. Giving them a 1 is way too much. Horrible horrible service would not recommend anyone to take them vehicle to Rosen Milwaukee for service. We took our armada to get a new starter from the first day it was making a loud noise contacting them and they stated it was the flywheel. Had another mechanic check it who indicted it was a bad starter. They charged me over $1000 for the starter and would not change it as they stated it was something else. Starter lasted a year and had to replace it from a trustworthy mechanic for $500 no loud noises nothing after replacing it. Rosen Milwaukee is a scam. Beware!!!

I recently purchased a used Frontier from Rosen, and was very pleased with the process. My salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He was laid back and no-pressure. I liked the truck that I test drove (and eventually bought), but noticed a couple minor issues. He included a “we owe” statement in the paperwork that they’d fix the problems when I was able to return and schedule. The paperwork process extended past closing time, but Ash and the finance manager were gracious when I apologized for keeping them late. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, I was able to get a truck for a decent price. They had performed some typical maintenance (brakes, tires, etc) on the truck before it hit the lot, making the price we settled on more than fair. Thank you!

I recently had some trouble with my car's transmission, and I was worried about the cost of the repairs. However, the staff at Rosen Nissan Milwaukee dealership went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed properly, even when the warranty didn't cover the full cost. In particular, I'd like to thank Aaron, Joe, and John for their help. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process.

Really bad exprecien costing me stress, time,money

Really bad experience in service. they damage my car, i had to fix the car and pay for the damage first and then i receive a check from Rosen Nissan, the car was damage back in July and the check state was mailed over three weeks ago back in august and i still haven't received it!

My 2023 Murano with under 10K miles started making a

My 2023 Murano with under 10K miles started making a loud knocking noise immediately after my first oil change. I’ve taken my vehicle in to Rosen several times and the last visit their master technician advised the knocking noise should be present. The noise is so loud and embarrassing it can be heard both outside and inside the vehicle. This vehicle was purchased November 2022 with 15 miles and is already causing me problems. I’ve been promised a call from the GM or owner of Rosen Nissan to discuss the matter further, however it’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing. I am afraid to drive this vehicle long distances because of the knocking noise. Had I known after the first few thousand miles my vehicle would start knocking I would have never wasted thousands of dollars to purchase it. Nissan along with this dealership is getting over on consumers. If the vehicle indeed was designer to make this knocking noise shame on the overall brand for cutting corners. I am now stuck with a knocking 2023 vehicle and it is not fair. Please do not purchase a 2023 Murano it’s designed to make knocking noises after its first few thousand miles. Spend your money on other brands that take pride in consumer satisfaction, technology and Vehicle quality. Pleas don’t be me!

My experience here was awesome. The salesman Beni really helped me with all of my questions and needs. He went over and beyond to take care of me. I loved how after I purchased my car they did a follow up call to see how I loved my new car. I highly recommend this location and salesman

Sales person Ashley Ahart.

Sales person Ashley Ahart. My dad bought a car yesterday, she was all sweet, but today after my dad already paid the car she was rude. We came today to ask some questions and she was on a personal call while we were there in he office. She didn't pay attention. We cancelled some services on the vehicle and asked her for the total, and she asked us to do the math. She didn't really care. So disappointed with this dealer. I was planning to buy there, not anymore.

Everything needs improvement.

Everything needs improvement. I bought 2022 carnival. The sliding door kept opening after a recall was issued. They wouldn’t give me a rental and I had to beg to have them even look at it!!! I couldn’t imagine having my grandchildren sitting in that second row and the door opening. I would never do business there again. Mr Rosen said he would call me back after investigation and I’ve never heard back! I lost out on over $9,000. Very difficult and upsetting but left the car there!!! No resolution. At least I know my grandkids will be safe in another vehicle. Not a carnival!

Very disappointed in service and response! This was a brand new 2022 carnival that I lost so much money on! I was out over $9,000! I was told I would get a call back from Mr. Rosen after investigation. Never did. The sliding door was immediate danger for anyone who sat in the second row. It opened on the express way 11 times!!! After I had the recall done, it did it again a month latter!!! I left the car there!! Hopefully no one else will be in danger from this lemon!!!
