My "Dealer for Life"

Been dealing with Hamby for over 3 years, I've bought 2 new vehicles from them and both purchases were an awesome experience & was treated like family. The dealership has a great atmosphere & went above & beyond for us, an outstanding sales team who are very knowledgeable & have competitive pricing (gave us a good price on our trade too), and the service department is 2nd to none ~ the best I've ever visited. I strongly recommend the Hamby team!

2013 Chevy Corvette

Very good with there email follow up . There were willing to go above and beyond Why do I have to fill out something that doesn't pertain to my dealings

No nonsense or games.Straightforward business.

Got an email from Borris within 30 minutes after sending my first request.Called and talked to him about the truck,set up an appointment and drove to the dealership next day. Hamby Automotive is a nice dealership with impressive inventory and well trained personnel. Checked out my options and decided to go with newer truck-bought a 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 4wd Z71. No nonsense or games-straightforward business. Great experience

Excellent service!!

I wanted to take a moment and express my sincerest appreciation to Hamby Service Department and Mr Hamby. I had a large mechanical issue with my vehicle. Although I had purchased my vehicle at another dealership, Hamby was so helpful. After initially contacting the dealership I purchased my vehicle from(with NO HELP)and several others in the middle Georgia area.....no one else was willing to even try. But after contacting Hamby they offered to see what they could do. They worked their magic and made it happen. My service writer was Red (Brian). He really stayed on top of it, along with Don the Service Manager AND Mark Hamby himself! And all of this even though I purchased the vehicle from another dealership. I will be recommending Hamby automotive and Service Department to everyone I know.

I'm A Hamby Fan

Recently I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Hamby Chevrolet. We ended up on their lot by divine intervention. When we pulled onto the lot, Wayne Morris, was standing out front. Boy, what a blessing that was. I have bought many vehicles over the years but this was one of the best experiences I have had. No pressure and I feel like I received a good fair deal. Everyone, starting with Mr. Hamby (who was there on a Saturday morning), to Mack sales manager and Ryan in finance were the absolute nicest and down to earth people. I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business. You will not be disappointed! I know you've heard all of the car dealer cliche's but Hamby is the standard by which all others should strive to be! Definitely business done right. Thank you For allowing us to become part of the Hamby car buying family.

good sales. bad finance

sales people treated us well. Felt like the price on the car was fair. Finance manager very unprofessional. Heard cussing while we waited outside office.

Great long distance purchase

I give Hamby a perfect "5." Have never before bought a car sight-unseen, but they inspired such confidence that I did so. They had a hard to find item, an almost new Yukon SLT with captain's chairs and 4wd. There were sufficient pics on the web site and it looked absolutely new. We had granddaughters for the week and it would have been very inconvenient for me to travel the 300 miles to Georgia to do the deal. Hamby promised to deliver the car to me in Florida and would just take it back if I was not satisfied. Michael Norton was my salesman and was very experienced, straightforward and honest. He inspired confidence and worked effectively with me to negotiate a mutually acceptable deal. I recommend Michael and Hamby without reservation. All in all, absolutely nothing to complain about and my opinion of Hamby is that they are a first class organization.

Awesome on Price, Service, and Dealership!

My husband and I have been pricing, researching, and test driving different vehicles for about a year. We found the one we fully agreed upon at Hamby Automotive in Perry, Georgia. Now the biggest challenge was about to begin, but WAIT!!! There was no challenge, because we were blessed to be dealing with Hamby! From our wonderful salesman, Mr. Willie, to an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful Mr. Boris, we KNOW we received a great price and perfect trade allowance. Hamby Automotive made our dream of getting the perfect 2014 Buick Enclave for us come true, and we can't thank them enough for making this buying experience a very, very pleasant one. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

Best Service

My husband and I recently visited the lot to test drive a Traverse, I would be trading in my Traverse to get a newer model. We were approached in the parking lot and able to test drive the SUV. Once we returned to the lot my husband and I decided we would not be purchasing the newer SUV due to a few things we were not pleased with on the new one. The sales man talked with his manager and informed us he would be able to make us happy by fixing the items that were not acceptable. I was already preapproved from the bank, but the guy in the financial department promised us he could get our rate down at least 3 points. He did exactly what he promised! They fixed everything that was wrong with the car! Our experience at Hamby in Perry was by far the best and will use them for any other purchases!!! I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YALL!!
