Totally Rude.... I approached the dealer with interest in a vehicle and would like to test drive. When he came outside he looked at me up and down, then... demanded bank approval before anything. He talked to me like I had no money to spend, like a bum or something. I tried to assure him that I was able to afford the vehicle in question, but he demanded bank approval of financing before a simple test drive. Regardless, I am a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a federal employee. I guess my $85 shoes, $100 jeans, $30 t-shirt, $1500 watch, and $ priceless $ customer attitude wasn't good enough for him.
We live in So Or and after my husbands car died we looked local 1st. After finding nothing that interested him I thought of Safe Motors. I had bought a... 1998 Honda Accord EX there in 2006, it's still going strong. So after checking online the we talked to Rick about what they had.and decided to make the 350 mile trip to check them out. Although they had several we decided on a 2011 Ford Fusion. Wow, what a great choice, we love it. Runs great and looks great. .No sales pressure just very helpful with the knowledge they had about the cars. We test drove several and took them on the freeway and thru town.. Thank you Rick and Chris. Great experience. Mark and Dawn from So Oregon
I kind of had a bad credit and came to Safe Motors by accident. Little did I know, they had friendly people working there that helped me pick the right... car for me and got me financed with a decent percentage. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. My sister also bought a car there and loved the experience as well. Thanks for hooking me up, Safe Motors :)
they are not pushy like the other sales people , I was amazed by a good price and awesome quality , definitely I recommend
Ok, we made an appointment to see the salesman on a Sunday after church. The pastor ran late, I called the salesman & told him we would be a little late.... After getting to his lot 10 minutes after I had anticipated our arrival I greet him with an introduction and apologize for being a little late. He looks at his watch and just says Uh huh. So then my wife and I look the vehicle over, from the outside it's not to bad, the inside needed a professional detail. But that's minor, we took it for a test drive. With my wife driving, myself in the passenger seat, and the salesman in the rear seat the salesman begins talking small talk, nothing to do with the vehicle we are interested in. We ask if it would be ok to drive it on the freeway, he says sure. Knowing this is my wife's opportunity to get on the gas harder to see how this vehicle performs. As she does, we suddenly hear a part of the motor making a loud noise. The salesman says aloud, WOW you're driving this care very rough. My wife and I look at each other for a moment and think I can't believe what he just said. At this point my wife and I realize that there is no chance of us buying this vehicle or ever doing business with this company. She gets off the freeway ASAP and returns back to the lot where we hand him the keys and say thanks for meeting us out here we have no interest in buying your vehicle. He replies, alright. I am beside myself that a salesman would get after any person, let alone a lady about trying the acceleration of a potential vehicle to purchase. I won't ever being doing this man the favor of my business, no thank you! My hard earned cash went elsewhere.
