HORRIBLE!

Horrible customer service! I’ve never felt more taken advantage of. Not that it’s ever acceptable, but how we were treated pregnant and at Christmas time, was exceptionally disgusting. We expected the GM to step in and attempt to work with us, but he was even ruder than the team we dealt with before. They are the epitome of “car salesmen” you never want to deal with. I recommend going literally anywhere else. Save yourself the headache!

DO NOT TRUST them! Looking for someone to screw you over then go ahead! This is a warning. I was with VW since 2007. This dealership has a great service department. They take advantage of you and lie to you in sales. The sales manager is garbage. Look elsewhere if you want CUSTOMER SERVICE. The GM here is a JOKE!

Unhappy Owner, I'm sorry that your experience has been so negative, but I don't know how to help. You say you feel taken advantage of but don't mention what happened or what your experience was, and because you have posted anonymously, I can't know who was involved or what is going on. I do know that we always work to make sure our customers have a good if not great experience, and we have hundreds and hundreds of reviews and recommendations from our customers to show that we usually get it right. I know we would all be happier if we could make things right for you in any way possible. Would you come by and speak to us in person or give us a call and discuss the situation?

I emailed the general manager twice. His response was rude. He could care less about my situation. He made that clear. I came in for help due to Covid. I wanted to get into a used Jetta. I could not afford my car payment without a job. Their solution was to get me in a new car to defer payments . I hate the car I’m in, very unhappy how I was treated, and will not be doing business and spreading the word. I gave y’all a chance to make it right!
