Would I recommend the dealership - yes - but I would tell
Would I recommend the dealership - yes - but I would tell you to avoid Chi Chan I am struggling with this review. Allan in service - 5 stars Brianna and KD - 5 stars Riley - 100,000 stars Chi Chan - can't even get on the score board. Our time at VW was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and honest. They understood our needs and worked so very hard to meet them. We didn't feel pressured at all. Then Chi Chan entered the picture. He knew nothing of our situation and didn't take the time to learn it. It was down hill from there. He was rude, he was snippy and he drug his feet in getting the paperwork we needed so that VyStar closed and we could not get our check that day. He even argued with our VyStar representative over the phone. If it were not for the others that were working so hard on our behalf, we would have walked away completely and gone somewhere else. It is really sad how one person can turn the entire thing on it's head. We came in with a 2014 Beetle. It had a repair that was more expensive than the value of the car so we decided to trade. Our service guy, Allan, was amazing! Felt like I could trust him from the beginning! He referred us to Riley and Riley was awesome! He worked with us above and beyond. He listened, he wasn't pushy - he focused on what we NEEDED, Never once did we feel pressured or overwhelmed. If I could go back and deal with everyone listed except Chi Chan - I would. As a matter a fact, we are considering a second purchase and would gladly go back to Riley if we were guaranteed that we would have a better experience once it came to the finance dept. People have budgets - quit trying to push more car or more financing on someone who just can't. When they give you a limit - work within that limit and don't get mad and vengeful when we have better financing from somewhere else.

The sales process itself was great.
The sales process itself was great. Scott did a great job and it was a fast experience. Everything after has been a nightmare. We were not given a copy of all of documents which included the Bill of Sale. It took over a week, many calls and emails for someone to email me a copy. We were missing a key fob, went in and they did not setup the remote start. Now we have to go back again for another 1 - 2 hour service visit. Just absolutely unprofessional all around (minus Sales Scott). To top it off my husbands name is spelled incorrectly and I have asked 3 different people to fix this and 2 weeks later and we are still dealing with this.
