Making a deal is NOT a priority
My husband brought my car in for service and found a car I might have liked. I decided upon the drive 1.5 hrs home that I wanted to put in an application and did at 1:45pm at 4:45 I was asked by Seth, the sales guy to wait until tomorrow because one finance guy had left and another one didn't want to step on the others toes. ( had not even ran the application with him) Clearly his other test drives he identified as being on were more important and specific finance guy did not have the best of the dealerships profit in mind. Take your business elsewhere like I am for timely deal making!
Purchased a certified VW Passat SEL V6
I traveled more than an hour to look at a certified VW Passat at O'Steen VW. The salesman Jag was helpful and made the process fun. Of course Jag was assisted by sales management, and also Rob and York in finance. In terms of details and after sales support the folks at O'Steen VW followed through to make things right. Kudos to General Manager David Schomp for running a "good ship". O'Steen VW isn't in my back yard, but I will do business there again. And I love my Passat.

My family and I have purchased 7 cars in the past 12 years from O’steen Volkswagen, and could not be happier with the service provided. Their sales staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. We have our cars serviced regularly at O’Steen Volkswagen, and they always do an outstanding job! We will definitely return to O’steen Volkswagen for any new car purchase and service.
Best VW service Department in town! John the service advisor is great he got me scheduled in the day I needed and also provided a loaner car !

Fraud-Fair Trade Laws and Consumer Laws
Certified Pre-Owned program lacks of serious commitment to its customers, potentially leaving vehicles who already require maintenance and hidden issues that could be easily identified and fixed- this in possible violations of consumer's protection laws and lemon laws. This company can do much better with customers and honor its commitment; but rather keep choosing practices that can risk consumer's life. Needs to get their act together and understand that other's companies are doing better as there are legal consequences for knowing and concealing information, and not exercising best due care for the safe of customers. Do better ..you can do it!
Always good service
Always great, prompt service. Have been going to O'Steen for years and with three different VWs. From warranty work, to recalls and even aftermarket tuning they have taken care of me.
Unhappy Phone Call
Possibly the worst Volkswagen dealership I have came in contact with. Originally called stating that I have service and recall questions, but the man said go ahead. I went ahead and asked one question and immediately started to get cut off then was told to call service. I didn't say anything and just shrugged it off, but I was already kind of aggrivated because I had told him before even asking the question that it was a SERVICE question. So, I said okay, by any chance is there an email to reach the service team just so I can have my questions answered and looked over while I'm at work. He just scoughed and laughed and spoke slower and a little louder like I was stupid and said that the service center wasnt going to be open until Tuesday. I don't care that I won't have my answers until then. I have a full time freaking job and can't sit on my phone for an hour trying to get my answers and to get a service appointment. Even if this is the closest dealership, I would much rather drive 2 hours to get to one that doesn't treat their customers like their dumb and wasting their time.
Months of miscommunication
Bought a 2015 Golf TDI at the end of April 2017 when they were released again. They sold the car to us without working touch screen module and we were told to come back that following Tuesday, we'd have a loaner for the day and they'd fix the issue. Tuesday comes around, no loaner available, no knowledge of me coming in that morning..etc. After being an hour and half late to work, they are able to locate a loaner that was "tucked away." Great! Call Allen back later that day to check on the car, he says it's done, so I pick it up after work. Get there, they tell me I have to come back again because the issue is not fixed and they have to special order a part. He continues to twist the story and not give us a straight answer or explain what is wrong. Service manager gets involved and clarifies what the service department is unable to explain. After leaving the dealership almost in tears, a few phone calls back and fourth between my husband and the manager, stories are constantly changing. Fast forward a month, the special order part being manufactured in Germany is going to take longer than expected. Service department manager does what he can to mend the issue and the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated. The main issue was not the part or the fact that the touch screen wasn't functional. The main issue is the lack of communication, customer service, respect, the constant changing of stories that they would give us as well as their inability to follow through with things. Fast forward ANOTHER month, I was promised a full tank of diesel after the module was (finally) replaced and received my car back with less than 1/4 tank. (Not a big deal but again, lack of follow through and excuses of nobody telling them to do so.) Went to the dealer today to pick up paperwork and get a full tank, which took an hour to accomplish, as well as two different stories as to why it took so long. Not to mention the fact I then missed an appointment during this wait. The visit ended with the porter telling me to "come back any time for a car wash." No thank you, that would probably take all day anyway. From now on will be getting any routine maintenance or any other work done with Tom Bush VW, solely for the lack of competence at O'Steen. Also, huge thanks to Volkswagen of America for their kind staff and case managers who spend their days cleaning up messes like this
Went in for an oil change...came home with a new vehicle! Thank you everyone at O'Steen VW!
