Simply put, they fixed a serious chronic problem (intermittent failure to start & engine shut down) that I had with my 2009 VW Routan, something no other dealer had been able to fix!

I turned in a lease to the VW dealership next door. The sales person at VW was more than happy to bring me over to GMC. The salesman over at GMC was very helpful and attentive. They were willing to work out a deal that was financially beneficial to both parties. This was probably the fastest car buying experiences I have ever had.
