Jim Zisson 15 reviews a month ago Best car buying experience I've had because I lucked out with ace salesperson Andrew Bisaccia. I had no intention on closing on a car the day I met with him for my test drive appointment, however as soon as I sat in , and drove the XC60 and XC40 SUV's, I felt like I was "home". I was coming out of my 4th BMW 740il xDrive as I now have some mobility issues getting in and out of a low riding sedan, which I had for past 5 years. I also had planned to test Cadillac XT4, for it's great lease deals and soft ride, Audi Q5 (boring, actually, imho) and surprisingly a very loaded 2022 Hyundai Tucson 37mpg Hybrid. However Andrew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful + I loved the cars when I drove them (I've owned 6 over the last 42 years, all good). BMW's are great but the local dealer's service is anything but, in my experience so I wasn't going back to them. I'm also a big fan of good design and safety, which the dealership and the XC40 T5-R both had in spades, without the pretentiousness I've found all too common at alot of other high end dealerships. Chuck Schumacher is a great guy also. However, it was my experience with Andrew Bisaccia that made me very comfortable with closing before I left there. I wound up driving the 25 minutes home in my new car with Andrew following me in my BMW 740, that I drove to get there. He then made sure I didn't have anymore questions before I gave him a ride back to his car and dealership around 7:30p. Long day but well worth it. btw The next morning a got a snarky VM from a woman at Gunther Volvo who told me I could have bought the car for $1500 less from her, which I didn't respond to. I've typically been a "price" shopper when buying a new car, and have been very good at it. However, while I may have found a similar/alternative XC40 elsewhere at a somewhat lower price, I was so comfortable and impressed with Andrew Bisaccia and my experience at the dealership (where my son had also bought an XC60 last Christmas) that I really didn't mind. I would also add that I'm not a troll or a relative. If you want a Volvo, check Andrew out at Schumacher. He's the man and it's the ride, imho.

The worst man I've ever dealt with in this industry. He just kept pushing the vehicles on me. It seemed like all he cared about was making a sale.

Joel was easy to talk to, great communication. Also great follow up after the purchase. Jim was the most pleasant finance manager I’ve deal with. Will definitely recommend Joel and Jim and absolutely give them my business again.

This is the second rating I have received. Elliot Bates is a true professional in analyzing our needs and desires. We purchased our Volvo XC60 on our first visit and took it home that night. It was late so we made an appointment with him to learn how to use all the features a few days later, he spent 3 hours answering our questions and show us how to get the most enjoyment from our new car! I will recommend any of my friends who want a olio to Elliott!
