I would never recommend this business to anyone I care about. They are incompetent and rude here. It’s clear the owners don’t care about their customers... or employees well-being.
Over a week since I purchased a used car for cash, with a trade in, and they have lost papers, not completed the DMV registration, not completed the trade... in transfer, and generally appear to be clueless as to how these should be handled. Unbelievably unprofessional in their attempts to complete the paperwork.
This was by far my best car buying experience yet. Everyone went out of their way to be so helpful and to make sure that all my questions were answered.... Great service and a great price. So glad I went here. I love my Jetta!

Dont spend your money here. Went in on my lunch break for a simple oil change and the Service manager gave me an estimate of $109.84 (Oil change/ tire... rotation). I asked him about any VIP promos or discounts because the car was purchased from Chico VW and he said they didn't apply to me. He even sold me on the extra $20 tire rotation that even Walmart does for free. When I got off of work the shuttle driver from the VW dealership was 25 minutes late. I saw a coupon online while I was at work, for an oil change/tire rotation for $69.99 at Chico VW. I asked if he would honor this coupon at the checkout and he said he wouldn't because the coupon must be present at the "time of write up". I then asked him why he didn't mention the coupon earlier when I was asking about promotions. He knew all about the underlining details and fineprint of the promotions but neglected to tell me there was a coupon in the first place. The $109 then turned into $120 when it was time to pick up the car. The manager obviously knew all about the coupon and lied right to my face about it. I will never do business at such a shady establishment and you shouldn't either.

Chico VW has had to replace a water pump, thermostat, suction pump inside the fuel tank, seal ring, o ring quick connect, and failed shift by wire module.... Each time we brought in the car, we dealt with rude comments, innuendos of "it's in our head", and comments that we spilled coffee most likely! We have a very clean car, we are responsible, & over 55! After our car began leaking fuel in December, we were told to go elsewhere, even though we had evidence that they were the only mechanic to ever touch our Fuel Suction Pump under the back seat! We are warning people to stay away from this Dealership and it's customer service center.

I went to look at their used car selection and there wasn't one. They had about 6 cars. When i walked through the show room/ office area (which is really... small and crowded) i looked over at their cashier who was wearing a very loose fitting thin strapped shirt and her entire bra was exposed. At that point, I left. Very unprofessional attire.
I appreciate the fact that guy took the time to listen to my concerns. Ultimately he made me feel like my opinion mattered and that my business was valued... at Chico VW. Thank you very much
