Friendly and helpful. Made me feel comfortable and experienced. They made me feel comfortable, kept me well hydrated, answered all of my questions, and Dylan was knowledgeable about the vehicle.

Very pushy about selling extra stuff. I had to repeatedly decline. There was hidden fees inside the registration fees. Cost me an extra $500 for you to pay my DMV fees for me. I wasn’t shown the itemized bill for this until I asked for it 2 days later. If the finance guy (Thomas) would have shown me up front I would’ve declined and went to the BMV myself. It was an extra $1000 on my loan. Very dishonest way to do business. Sammy was great and would but another vehicle from her, if she worked at a different dealership.

Bought vehicle with two stone chips in windshield that are starting to spread-windshield should be replaced instead of chips filled. Otherwise good experience.

The dealership was great. Sammy was incredible throughout the process. I can’t thank her enough for keeping everything in mind our family needed. I would recommend anyone to go see Sammy and get a car. I had a great experience!

I don't remember the business manager's name, but he was phenomenal. Explain the purchase very well. Austin and Dylan were so easy to work with and excited for me to have a new car felt very well taken care of.

My salesman Roy was amazing! He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.

No comment I didn't like it that I was told or quoted certain nos and then those papers were taken away by finance so I couldn't compare when they came out with the signature papers. Plus I told them originally I was paying cash but would have to move some money in order to pay cash and yet they acted as if I should pick up car before I had the funds in the bank to write the check. I called and asked again for I didn't want them to cash my check and the check would bounce.

Everybody was very friendly and nice all the snacks and drinks were great and it was very convenient and comfortable

I bought a used Toyota certified Venza from this dealership. This was my first purchase from this dealership but I have also previously facilitated the purchase of 2 others vehicles for family members from here. In this purchase, my wife and I were on the fence between new + used with low miles and also not sure which model we liked best. Nick P took talked us through options, happily wrote up three different options so we could see what total price + payments were for each and how that compared to our wish list items, and we chose the Venza. He was great to work with and his willingness to provide complete details for the multiple option really helped the discussion with my wife and ultimately make the best pick for us. We've had the car a couple weeks now and love it. Was great to work with Nick and My Import auto center.
