Perfect Customer service!

Perfect Customer service! Professional Sales representative and dealership. I started by asking about a truck that was not grey or black. The sales representative showed me the colors and i chose a red one. In less than 5 mins he located one and had it delivered withing 1 day! What an amazing team!

Flew in from Michigan to purchase a used vehicle.

Flew in from Michigan to purchase a used vehicle. John R. picked me up at the hotel just as planned. When I got to the dealership, the vehicle was ready and just as Kevin described. The team got me out the door quickly and I was in Michigan by midnight. I check their website regularly for deals and I would definitely take the adventure again. Great people!!

Best of the best from Atlanta to Savannah!

Best of the best from Atlanta to Savannah! Great purchasing experience. David aka Spanky Harned is a top ten. Very helpful and took alot of time going over everything with me. Will recommend him/Five Star to friends and family. Even contacted me after buying vehicle(which I love) to make sure I had everything I wanted in new vehicle. I am an elderly lady and he treated me like I was his mom.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Service was a complete nightmare and a major headache. I was not informed of any charges prior to any work being done. Evan after keeping my vehicle for 2 weeks and charging me a total of over $200.00, neither issue that it was there for was actually resolved. They, per usual, claim they cannot imitate the sounds I described to them and also showed them videos of. Literally as I pulled away after paying the bill, it was making those same sounds. The service advisor had a very bad attitude every time I would ask any sort of question. The only time he lost the attitude was when I wasn't asking any questions. I haven't bought a vehicle from Five Star Chevy or had any service done there either in over 12-15 years. I was very quickly reminded why that is. I honestly tried to convince myself that since it had been so long that maybe the company had changed. That is in fact not the case. I will not be returning, and I will also be leaving my honest opinion and sharing my terrible experience with friends, family, and the BBB.

I did as I was instructed by GM services and returned to the dealership for a follow up and to see if we could make things right. I asked for the Service manager since that is who they told me to speak with. I was met by a man named Ryan. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his last name. Ryan told me that I was supposedly already informed that I was no longer welcome at Five Star Chevy and was banned from the property. He claims I was told this by the general manager. I haven't spoken with anyone at the dealership other than the service advisor, let alone a manager of any sort. I was honestly flabbergasted and shocked, not to mention embarrassed. I have never been banned from anywhere in my entire life. How does a customer whose had a bad experience at a dealership just get banned? I didn't make threats of violence; I didn't cause a scene. I didn't speak ill or out of tone with anyone. I simply left my honest opinion on an online review/survey website regarding my own personal experience with Five Star Cheverolet. I have purchased many vehicles from Five Star in the past. I have also had service done more times than I can count. Not all of my experiences were great in the past. As I said in my original review, it had been some time since visiting Five Star and therefore, I was really hoping the service and people there were better than it was 10-15 years ago. It's still very disheartening to know that it has not improved.

Mr. Glass was very professional. He is a "Go Getter". I was waiting to have my vehicle service and he can to the waiting area and introduced himself and offered me a deal of a lifetime. He made me feel comfortable trading in my 2023 Chevy Silverado for a 2025 GMC Sierra. I was skeptical due to the fact that the vehicle had just been in an accident and I though I would loose a lot on the deal. He was interested in what I was looking for in a truck and ensured me that he could make it happen. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles he showed me and I chose the 2025 GMC Sierra. The entire experience with him was tremendous. I will seek out him for my next purchase!
