Mazda dealership has been in my life for the last 15-20

Mazda dealership has been in my life for the last 15-20 yrs and has never had any issues. Service has always been excellent from the time of purchasing the new vehicles to when vehicle brought in for maintenance service.

Julian was very attentive to our need to buy a new car.

Julian was very attentive to our need to buy a new car. I was very happy with my old car. I give Mazda a 10 for performance. WE were just coming to ask questions but it turned out for the best.

Average, at best!

Average, at best! Employees seem to have no motivation. You walk in and usually there's no one to help you. In spite of being a repete customer, it's like starting from scratch.

They lied to my 83 year old father, promised things they

They lied to my 83 year old father, promised things they could not deliver. Added charges after I left, and had the audacity to allow some of their thug sales people to flip me off as I was leaving.

Jose as sales rep is amazing, he helped me alot.

Jose as sales rep is amazing, he helped me alot. Dealership is great, only negative point is $4000+ charge for warranties which doesn’t make any sense and kind of rip off. Its not upto to sales guys or managers to remove those, thats on management. Otherwise once numbers are decided process is pretty smooth and quick. Finance is pretty quick also.

IPAC Mazda really knows how to make a customer feel welcomed and valued. What started as only a quick look turned into a vehicle purchase that left me satisfied. While nobody would say they love the car buying process, IPAC definitely is willing to work with you, so that both you and them feel like each other won something.
