My vehicle was brought into service dept for a Recall. Then the next day it would not run after not having NO mechanical issues for a year of owning the vehicle. I had to pay a wrecker bill of $375 to tow back to the dealer. I purchased a $321 battery just for them not to connect it properly and my vehicle would not crank AGAIN the next day. It’s been a week of frustration and I finally had to leave my SUV so they can do a thorough service after not having any problems with this vehicle since I purchased it a year ago.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. They are good at communicating with you while your car is being serviced. They also don’t sell you on any services, they listen to what you want done to your vehicle.
