I had an amazing experience buying my car here from start

I had an amazing experience buying my car here from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car! Jessica was the first person I spoke with and she was so sweet, helpful, and patient. She really listened to what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and helped get me in the door without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. When I arrived, Todd greeted me right away and truly made the entire experience what it was. He was extremely personable, kind, and understanding, and he created such a comfortable, no-pressure environment from the very beginning. He took the time to walk me through all of my options, answered every question I had, and let me talk through different scenarios without ever making me feel rushed, judged, or pushed into anything. He genuinely cared about helping me find what was right for me. not just making a sale. The financing team was also wonderful, very kind, professional, and easy to work with. The entire process from beginning to end was smooth, painless, and far less stressful than I ever expected. Todd truly went above and beyond, and he is the reason this experience stood out so much for me. He made something that can be overwhelming feel simple, respectful, and even enjoyable. Huge thank you to Todd, Jessica, and the entire team for such an outstanding experience.

Very courteous and helpful with solving my problem.

Very courteous and helpful with solving my problem. Tire light came on in my travels and it has nitrate. They took me in with very little wait.

I took my car to Hughes Honda, and they charged me $868.

I took my car to Hughes Honda, and they charged me $868.98 for a fuel pump that I did not need. The very next day, my car started skipping and jerking again. I called them and brought the car back. They ran another diagnostic and charged me $115, only to tell me I needed a $6,500 head gasket repair. That price is outrageous — head gaskets do not cost anywhere near that, and it turns out the repair wasn’t even needed. I got a second opinion elsewhere, and all that was wrong was spark plugs and low antifreeze. Once those were replaced, my car ran perfectly fine. Please beware of this place. The mechanics are not thorough, and the service advisors — especially Keegan — will try to add unnecessary charges just to increase profits. It seems like they’re fabricating issues because car sales are slow. Save yourself the money and frustration. Go somewhere honest.

You guys are breaking way too many laws everyday.

You guys are breaking way too many laws everyday. If I give You my social security number the car will already be paid for, so why triple all the payments on all cars, suvs, trucks. The main Suv I want is a candy blue Rav 4 2024 SUV. Consumer law codes: 1. Code 15 U.S.C. 1679 82 - Credit Repair Organizations Act 2. Code 15 U.S.C. 1605 - The finance charge for consumer credit transactions 3. Code 15 U.S.C. 1635 - Truth In Lending Act 4. Code 15 U.S.C. 1666b - Law that governs with a credit card payment and more laws on top of laws. I deserve a free Suv. It's illegal to take money from customers on the car lot add false charges to their credit report under their social security number, that's why it's hard for every car dealership to sell a lot of cars because when you guys take money from customers, you guys put the money directly in your pockets or bank accounts just for making a sell or sells. You guys break more laws than you change outfits and shoes everyday. That's sad. I need a brand new working suv to get me from point A to Z everyday. I can go all day with these laws. Make a deal with me and give me a free Suv so I can consider it as a gift. Have a blessed day...

Hi Chuck, Thank you for your response to my review. I want to take this opportunity to express my serious concerns regarding the business practices I've experienced, especially related to transparency, financing, and the use of consumers' personal information — including Social Security numbers. There are several consumer protection laws that appear to be overlooked or violated during many transactions across car dealerships, including but not limited to: 1. 15 U.S.C. § 1679 – Credit Repair Organizations Act 2. 15 U.S.C. § 1605 – Definition and calculation of finance charges 3. 15 U.S.C. § 1635 – Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and rescission rights 4. 15 U.S.C. § 1666b – Regulation of timely credit card payments and billing It's deeply troubling when dealerships misrepresent financing terms, inflate charges, or misuse consumers' credit reports — which seems to happen all too often. These are not just questionable practices — they are violations of federal consumer law. When a consumer provides their Social Security number, it should not be used to create fraudulent debts or add false charges, especially when no goods or services were fully and legally provided in return. I am currently seeking reliable and lawful transportation and have my eyes on a 2024 Candy Blue Toyota RAV4 SUV. I believe the situation at hand justifies a major gesture of goodwill — especially considering the serious concerns about how consumer rights are being handled. I’m asking you to strongly consider offering the SUV as a resolution and gift. If not, I’m prepared to escalate this through the proper legal and consumer protection channels, including the FTC, CFPB, and state attorney general's office. Let’s make this right. Please respond directly if you're willing to have a serious conversation and resolve this respectfully. Best regards, Rosa Mallett
