My family recently purchased a Chevy Tahoe from Cactus Auto, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but the entire team made the process easy, straightforward, and enjoyable. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. They answered all of our questions, gave us plenty of time to look over the Tahoe, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The financing process was smooth, and everything was explained clearly with no surprises. The Tahoe was exactly as advertised, clean, and in great condition. We left feeling confident that we made the right decision for our family. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats customers with respect and makes the buying experience simple and hassle-free, I would definitely recommend Cactus Auto. Thanks again to the entire team—we’re loving our new Tahoe!

I can’t believe what this dealership did to me. I’ve been buying his cars for as long as I can remember I bought my vehicle 3 1/2 four months ago I took it in for an oil change and it needed almost $6000 worth of work, including seven year-old tires that were rotted out. They put my family and my kids in danger. They fixed a couple things but refused to fix the rest which is $1500 worth of stuff stating that it’s wear and tear. The thing is I’ve only had this car for 3 1/2 months. There’s no way at war tour in that amount of time my suspension is broken. They refuse to fix it. I kept trying to contact the owner. He refused to return my call or speak to me. Please don’t buy a car from there. I endangered my family what would’ve happen if I would’ve had a blown out because of those old rusted tires where am I supposed Get the money to fix these things I understand buying a used car comes with certain things you gotta fix but not this amount. I am very unhappy after they got my money they stopped responding. The sales representative would not answer my text messages and until today I still haven’t received a call back from the owner now I’m stuck with a car payment plus trying to figure out how I’m gonna fix the stuff that is broken that they refuse to fix I have proof that I messaged the sales representative a week and a half two weeks after I bought the car telling him that it was making a weird noise, but he never responded

I requested information on a 370Z. After the initial email contact, Heather and the dealership never responded to me again. Although their AI bot (Carl) contacted me every evening promising they would respond. Horrible experience, just like other reviews I read about them. I wonder how they stay in business.

They sold me a2017 Chevrolet Equinox which has had major structure damage and never disclosed that fact to me. I wouldn't have bought it had I known. I test drove a Chevrolet Impala which I figured out was also wrecked. This is a scamming low down so called dealership. They are deceitful and dishonest. They pray on people that have bad credit. Liar, Liar, pants on fire. One hour deal means they rush to close the deal and convince people they actually got a big break. Sure if you like 21.0% intrest rate and being used.

Terrible Business. Multiple issues with the car. Eddie was my salesperson and once the car was sold, he would not return my calls. Reached out the management team with no response from any of them (tried phone messages and emails). Unbelievable that they would take thousands of dollars from hard working people. All they have to do is follow up and treat the customer like you say in your sales pitches. Their voice message you get to hear while they put you on "Hold" is "False". The only small bright star of the business is the maintenance department. I say small bright star because they seemed overwhelmed and probably because the business is poorly managed. Although they did fix some issues, it was a long and painful process. I had to engage every step of the way to make sure that the vehicle that Eddie Parra sold me was fixed. Here a FEW examples of the poor customer service by Eddie Parra and all of Cactus Auto. - The car was dropped off the following day of purchase to have the engine light checked (came on after I left the lot). I was supposed to be picked up at after work at 4pm by Cactus Auto to take me to the lot and pick up the vehicle. I had to call more that 4-5 times to get Eddie to answer the phone. I waited for over an hour to be picked up. Terrible - There were some suspension issues and a fuel pump issue, all of which is coming to light within the first 2/3 months of owning the vehicle. They failed to follow up with me, left me without a vehicle on Memorial weekend and I still had to wait a total of three weeks to get the service I needed. It is better now but the lack of attention to a customer that this business says it values is far beyond poor. I only went there because I read positive reviews. Now that I know how they operate, I researched and see that multiple customers have been given the same poor customer service from Cactus Auto and left with a feeling of disappointment and embarrassment of purchasing a car from them.

Terrible. Poorly run business. Save your piece of mind and don’t buy a car at Cactus Auto but if you do stay away from my salesperson- Eddy Parra They do lot care about the customer at ALL. If you buy a car from them, they will it return phone calls or emails. They don’t do what they say and every word you hear in their voice message is false. I unfortunately was helped by probably the worst salesperson- Eddy Parra. He’ll kiss your #%$& all the way till you sign the contract and then you no longer matter. As far as the staff, CEO, Sales Manager, Operations Manager you lack courage to do the right thing and definitely are not honorable as you have not made this a good experience. I have to engage to get get an answer, you are all cowards to not return phone calls for a customer with safety concerns about the vehicle YOU sold me. You stole thousands of dollars from a hard working single dad, US Navy (Ret) customer. I take some ownership because it is a used vehicle but what a disgrace you are Xander (CEO) to run a company in this manner. I would bet a 100% that you would not let any of your family or friends buy a vehicle from your salesperson’s. Unless you made sure that vehicle is safe and ready for driving. Xander (CEO) Get you head out of and take care of your employees that are trying to take if the customer and get rid of those employees that are only there for a paycheck. It shows and your customers are not happy. (Jake in the service department has been helpful- good job Jake).
