Walsh Honda

I have leased two vehicles from Walsh Honda and both times I dealt with Ms. Jennifer Miller. Ms. Miller was extremely helpful and patient. She answered all of my concerns and questions. She has followed up with me after i leased my vehicle and even helped me sync my car radio and phone to access the music I like. I highly recommend Walsh Honda and Ms. Jennifer Miller.

Jamaal, Dylan and Matthew were phenomenal in walking us through the process of buying our Honda Pilot. I will definitely see them again if I ever buy again. They made the process seamless, painless and effortless and answered every question I had.

E Winston My experience with Walsh Honda was great. The salesman I had was Jamaal Berry, he was very helpful in my finding a car that is right for me. I am 74 years old he assured me that I was going to be able to get in and out of the car. He waited for me to see if I could get in and out. I was able to get I and out without any problems. We did a test drive and it was great. I got the 2020 Passport !

I was extremely pleased with the salesmanship style of Jamaal Berry. He was personable and knowledgeable. He was able to negotiate the deal I needed in a very ‘non-pushy’ way. I definitely recommend Mr. Berry as a superior car salesman.

I recently came by to see about purchasing a Honda Pilot the salesman was very nice we test drove a pilot and when inside to do the numbers. I asked for his best price and explained that I was in no hurry and would be shopping around with other dealers. One of the sales managers came out with the price. I was so shocked the price 9000 more than window sticker. It had all these add on and extra 3000 warranty. I thank them for their time and left. The sales person texted a hour and asked what I thought. I told him I had already had a price 6000 cheaper. He asked if the included extra warranty and the extra that was not on the sticker I replied no. He texted me another price with most of add on and extra warranty removed. Still higher than than price that I had from other dealer by 3000. Salesman asked if I could by his sales manager would like to see it. I said sure I got some extra time stopped by met Salesman sit at his desk he took the paper that the other dealer gave me to his manager. After waiting thirty minutes the Salesman came over and they couldn't meet that offer and scene the dealers name was removed from top the manager was unsure it was real. I removed it because I didn't want to chance someone would mess up my deal. I felt I was nice to drop at least manager could have took time to talk with me. I purchased a pilot with sticker price of 2000 more than Walsh sticker price for 3000 less than there best price. From my experience they don't like to take the time counter offer from other dealers. It seem like they couldn't sale that extra warranty they didn't want to sale me a car. I would have loved to buy from them just because there service manager William .He was also nice and knowledgeable when we would have old Honda serviced. My new Honda will be serviced somewhere else. And I only live six miles from dealership. If they would have given me a price and then give me a option for all the extra warranty and add on . I believe I would let them do my service even if I bought somewhere else.

I purchased a 2024 CR-V/HYBRID, from sales rep, Melissa Harris. The absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. She went over several different vehicles with me before I chose one. Melissa is very knowledgeable about her job and takes pride it in. She made my new car buying experience very easy. This is my third Honda purchase from Walsh Honda & I will continue to buy from them. Not only did she help me with my vehicle purchase, but also gave me information to assist me with getting in touch with my insurance agent and adding my new vehicle. We found the Honda Pilot that we were interested in at Walsh Honda in Macon, Ga. Cedrick May was our wonderful salesman. Cedrick is very courteous and knowledgeable about the Pilot! He explained all features of the car beginning on the outside and then moving to the inside. He was informative and thorough, and answered all of our questions. We didn’t feel pressured or pushed to purchase additional packages! We had a pleasant experience and purchased the car. We are very happy Walsh Honda customers!
