The service team went above and beyond to assist me with

The service team went above and beyond to assist me with my VW. They explained the process to me in detail and made sure my VW was perfect when I picked it up. If you ever need help with your car visit them, they will make it right!

It was a very nice experience, with friendly and professional service. We have been very satisfied with each experience we?ve had with this dealership so far. Tge friendly and professional customer service is what led us to purchase our new car at this dealership. The service department has been thorough and timely with the oil changes and tire rotation we had done on our vehicle.

Everyone was nice, Free coffee ?

Everyone was nice, Free coffee ? made me feel appreciated for bringing my business to them. Got straight in after arriving. I am puzzled that a Volkswagen dealer works on Fords?

Great customer service, attentiveness, consistency and

Great customer service, attentiveness, consistency and overall exceptional service. John in Service Dept., was exceptional with communication, informative and I will be asking to speak to him for any future service needed. Please note everyone I communicated with, were extremely courteous and welcoming!

Salesman was good I liked him.

Salesman was good I liked him. Finance mgr and service guy was just very rude. Told me they put new brakes on the car and that it was a certified car. Test drove the car, no issues. Day after I sign the contract two noises started happening. I called and salesman told me bring the car back and service dept would take a look at it. When asked if there would be a charge to me, one said no but service guy said needed a diagnostic and would cost 533.62, since when? Noises don?t always require a diagnostic. Needless to say I didn?t take car back for that much money, I felt he told me that cause he just didn?t want to mess with it. Was also told they were a Volkswagen dealer and not a Hyundai dealer so may not even be able to fix it after I pay the 533.62. I took it to a mechanic who told me brakes were bad is why all the squealing. I texted salesman and said, I thought brakes were done. He said yes they did brakes I will send you the report. He didn?t. Reached out again and asked for report and he said I didn?t tell you we did the brakes I just said that because you made me say it. Plus inside hatch was busted up, it was a 2020 Tucson, 57,000 miles. Had the car made the noises it started making day after I paid for it I would not have bought it, but beings bought used I couldn?t take it back but would?ve at least thought they would?ve addressed the problems. My biggest mistake was trusting them beings they were a reputable place. I needed reliability to be able to travel out of state back and forth to sick mothers but now I?m not sure and in debt for a car I don?t have peace about. Brakes may be minor and still don?t know what other noise is but it?s just the fact how rudely i was treated and lied to. I understand their job is to get the sale but there?s such thing as honesty because I would not have bought the car now I?m stuck. Only reason I was needing a car was because they totaled mine in an accident and only gave me a few days to get another, I sure didn?t need this either.
