As usual, great experience with John, Anthony and team. Easy appointment making and had me in and out. Didn?t get a phone call when complete, but car was completed quickly. Highly recommend.

I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation.

I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. The service manager tried to charge me for an alignment that I did not request or authorize. When I questioned it, he became belligerent and then accused me of being rude to the service staff. He continued to be rude when I asked for my keys. I am elderly and should not have been treated so unprofessionally.

I brought my Tiguan in to VW of Clarksville Service

I brought my Tiguan in to VW of Clarksville Service Center for its routine 40k mile maintenance. I also asked them to look into a low tire pressure light that would come on periodically that I suspected was a slow leak in my tire. I spent over $800 on the "recommended" maintenance, and that did not even include everything they told me my car needed, as I declined a couple additional services since it was already so expensive. They also told me they did not find anything wrong with my tire. However, my low tire pressure light was still an issue, so I later took my car to a different VW dealership who found a nail in my tire that was causing the leak. I find it hard to believe the service center at VW of Clarksville would miss a nail in my tire had they inspected my tire. In addition, I had mentioned the $800 in maintenance to the other VW dealership and they informed me that half of the services VW of Clarksville told me was "recommended" did not even need to be done at that time. For example, VW of Clarksville told me I needed new spark plugs at 40k miles, but according to the actual recommended maintenance for my vehicle, my spark plugs would have been good until 80k miles. I paid over $300 for new spark plugs at VW of Clarksville because they told me it was required maintenance, just to find out it was not even necessary. I am glad I passed on the other additional services recommended to me by VW of Clarksville, as those were also not necessary I later came to find out. Overall, I feel very misled and taken advantage of by the VW of Clarksville Service Center and will not be taking my vehicle there for future service needs. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 was because they were very accommodating with scheduling a time for me to bring my car in for service, and they had a quick turnaround time.

After buying a used 2022 Taos SE, I have had nothing but

After buying a used 2022 Taos SE, I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle. It was smoked in (they did not disclose this to me) which left a strong odor, which they had to treat twice and still wasn't fully gone. Smoke marks inside car were covered up. Only a week or so later it was leaking oil! I was given a loaner vehicle and tried to buy that instead and wasn't allowed. I just recently moved and had a check engine light and brake issues looked at another VW dealership and was told to take it back to where I bought it to fix the check engine light issue because hoses had been taped, brackets were missing, and the secondary pump was broken! I will contact them again to see if they will fix this, but I WILL NEVER buy a car or tell anyone to go to this dealership again!

Don't buy used or you'll get screwed!

Don't buy used or you'll get screwed! Just read the Google reviews & see that the only good ones are from those whom bought new cars but all the bad are from us that bought used from them. The car I bought was even serviced by them, it's on the Carfax, yet when they "inspected" it, they missed the oil leaking from oil cooler, rear main seal, valve covers, & coolant that's all over everything from where it's leaking?!?! Make that make sense. You expect this stuff from buy here pay here, NOT from dealership that makes most of it's commission on new cars & thinks it's ok to lie & deceive consumers as long as they get it sold. Karma is going to a field day!!! They think that "as is" justifies knowingly selling a xxx & lying about needed repairs. Don't say I didn't warn you when you buy used & find out shortly thereafter that it needs repairs that'll total up to more than the cost to purchase it!!!

The service department does fine to do the task asked to do, however there seems to be something not finished or left incomplete where the vehicle has to be brought back in.
