All of my BMW leases and purchases have taken place at Nalley in Decatur. Marcus Mullins was exceptional yesterday and patiently helped me as I made my decisions as always. Alek was amazing and made the final steps in finance easy as he helped me understand the process better. Thanks Nalley and I LOVE my Dune Grey X3!

The only reason I traveled 45 minutes, passing two other BMW dealerships along the way, was because of Chris Yarbrough’s unmatched professionalism, communication, and work ethic. From our very first phone call, I felt confident that he was the right person to do business with. Over the course of two months, I spoke with several dealerships while searching for the right vehicle. After leasing and purchasing more than five cars, I can confidently say I’ve never experienced this level of service. Chris was honest and transparent, sharing both the pros and cons of different options. He was thoughtful about the things that mattered most to me, never pushy—always strategic. He took time to educate me and walked me through the process with patience and clarity. Thanks to Chris, I left with the exact car I wanted and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’m positive that I will be a returning customer.
