I worked with Chris to get my new car. I had some budget constraints but he made it very easy to find something that fit my budget and needs in a reliable vehicle. I will definitely be back when I’m ready for an upgrade!

My worst experience at a dealership with a new vehicle.

My worst experience at a dealership with a new vehicle. I expected to be treated like trash when I drove old beat up cars, but with $104,000.00 2022 BMW IX I never expected this. I came in for a manufacturer's recall appointment and I was told they were providing me with a loaner 3 times- I asked because they couldn't tell me how long the repair would take. I signed nothing authorizing permission for an inspection of my vehicle. Now I get notice that they found 3 things wrong with my car to the tune of $2,400.00. I asked a manager to email me after I had to pay for a Lyft to get home and take care of my scheduled appointments, no call, no email. I want this inspection removed from my vehicle history because no one contacted me and I wouldn't trust this dealership to fix anything. They aren't even the dealership who sold me the car so I think they are just trying to steal my dealership's money. Do yourself a favor and don't step into this dealership.

The staff at Nalley BMW is amazing! Starting with Michael the lot manager, Chris, my client advisor, and Deon the finance manager..my interaction with each person was great! Chris Yarborough is the most kind, compassionate, patient and gracious individual that I have ever worked with especially with purchasing a vehicle. I would not have moved forward with the purchase if it were not for him and I don't have the words to thank him. I have Immense gratitude for this team..and highly recommend purchasing from Nalley BMW regardless of the brand of vehicle you are shopping for.
