Under new BETTER management

I had horrible service for more than a decade. I was an on and off customer as Nalley is the closest BMW dealer to my home. The new Service Manger Stephen Jerrell and Service Advisor Dan Weekly made sure my experience with nalley was too notch. They had the back stories of all the mess ups over the years. They went out of their was to give me an excellent experience and they did. I was skeptical, but figured I didn’t have anything to loose. I could tell immediately both of them cared about my experience, which matters to me. I gave Nalley another chance and so should everyone else. I have seen more than 10 Service Managers come and go over the years. Mr Jerrell is by far the best one yet.
