Women beware.

Women beware. Rude and unprofessional male sales staff, not one female to be seen. Would only speak to the man with me even though I stated I was buying the car for myself. Spoke to a different salesman and he made excuses for the rude one. Manager tried to joke with me about the unprofessional way I was treated. Overall poor experience with this dealership.

I saw many review about Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro

I saw many review about Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro old name Boch South To be honest if you are a negative person you will write a negative review. My experience was with this dealership and sales person was remarkable. Recently my mother bought a car from this dealership and her sales person Ricky was very upfront, honest and helpful. He was very straightforward, No gimmicks, very professional . I bought two cars in past from different dealers in RI and one from this dealer seven years ago but this experience was far away from past. Knowledgeable, professional, respectful and most importantly very helpful. I wish him best of luck in his future endeavors. This company needs more employees like him or learn from him how to take care of customers even after sale called three times to check if she has any questions or or concerns, need and help. He was amazing I recommend him to every one looking for a vehicle

No service once the check was handed over

I can't believe the rating shown here. We actually bought a car from Boch Toyota South, but we were treated unfairly and once our check was cashed, there was zero customer service or attention. First, we were told what to bring for a bank check and upon arrival were then informed that amount did not include the dealer installed options. They wanted more money to take possession of the car. We left with a "we owe" form for a missing key fob. Once we left, that was the last of the customer care. We are now being told that we, not them, need to contact Toyota to track down the key. But Toyota didn't promise to get me a key, the dealer did.

Zero Post-Purchase Care, and "We Owe" Meaningless

Bought a new RAV4 EV ($50K) in February. Showed up with a bank check in the amount I was told, only to be informed I needed an additional check for my dealer options. Worse, I was given a "We Owe" form for a second key fob, which they did not have. I have had to reach out repeatedly to get any information. Last time, I was told June. It is now July. Nobody called to explain or apologize. Not having a backup key is a hazard. Not receiving any post-purchase customer service is a disappointment.

Do not do business with this dealership

Bought many cars through my years and this dealership has been one of the worst experience. I have a high credit score and still get 10% paid for my own sticker never got refunded service department does not want to follow Toyota Care with changing oil if I could rate it a zero I would do not buy from these people.

Purchased a Rav-4 this week. Patrick is very knowledge, upfront, and provided excellent assistance / information on all aspects of vehicle features to finance... DO NOT PURCHASE HERE

Do not purchase from this dealership. They do not care about their customers other than when you're initially purchasing. ( assuming like any dealer) I purchased a vehicle here, and cancelled a policy through them in September in which I was supposed to receive a refund in 6-8 weeks. One of the manager's never submitted my cancellation form to the appropriate parties in almost two months, caused process has been tedious, and completely unnecessary. I have been forced to take this issue up with the dealer, Toyota and the Better Business Bureau, due to contractual, legal obligations that have not been met per the terms of service because of this issue. Again, do not buy from this dealership, go elsewhere to where people will respond to you, even when you have questions or issues after purchasing.
