I purchased two cars from Boch when it was owned by them
I purchased two cars from Boch when it was owned by them and had a great experience! I went in to trade in my car at Nucar.. Agreed on a car and put a deposit down on a car that was coming in. I took a Friday off from work to be able to go trade in the car. I sent several text and emails as well as left a message for the sales person selling me the car, with no response. Come to find out, they didn't get the car in as the other dealership sold it rather than reserving it for me. NO one told me! I wasted a personal day from work for nothing! Then they beg for me to stay and I agree, but the next car wouldn't be there until the end of July. I found another car and offered to drive up to get it in Albany, but to buy through Nucar. ZERO response to emails or text for over a week. IT IS LIKE THEY DO NOT WANT MY BUSINESS! I would avoid this location at all cost! Until they get their priorities in line! It is called Customer Service. Looking for a new Toyota dealer as I type this, disappointed in Nucar!

I strongly advise against shopping for a vehicle at this
I strongly advise against shopping for a vehicle at this dealership based on my negative experience. Their communication and customer service are severely lacking. I visited the dealership on Monday and found a truck I liked. Wanting to carefully consider the decision, I informed the salesperson I was working with that I would reach out within a day or two. On Wednesday morning, I texted the salesperson to confirm I’d be coming in later that evening to finalize the purchase and even discussed down payment options. He assured me via text and phone call that everything was set and ready for me to close the deal when I came in. However, after driving an hour and a half to reach the dealership that evening, I was informed upon arrival that the truck had already been sold earlier that day. Despite multiple confirmations from the salesperson, no one took the initiative or courtesy to inform me before making the trip. While I completely understand that vehicles sell quickly, it’s unacceptable and inconsiderate to let a customer drive a significant distance when the vehicle is no longer available. This lack of professionalism and basic communication is extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend taking your business to a dealership that values its customers’ time and communicates honestly.

Once the title arrived and you returned to complete the purchase, you requested that an extended warranty be included, which was not part of the original agreement. When we were unable to meet that request, you chose not to move forward and mentioned posting on social media. Women beware.
Women beware. Rude and unprofessional male sales staff, not one female to be seen. Would only speak to the man with me even though I stated I was buying the car for myself. Spoke to a different salesman and he made excuses for the rude one. Manager tried to joke with me about the unprofessional way I was treated. Overall poor experience with this dealership.

I saw many review about Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro old name Boch South To be honest if you are a negative person you will write a negative review. My experience was with this dealership and sales person was remarkable. Recently my mother bought a car from this dealership and her sales person Ricky was very upfront, honest and helpful. He was very straightforward, No gimmicks, very professional . I bought two cars in past from different dealers in RI and one from this dealer seven years ago but this experience was far away from past. Knowledgeable, professional, respectful and most importantly very helpful. I wish him best of luck in his future endeavors. This company needs more employees like him or learn from him how to take care of customers even after sale called three times to check if she has any questions or or concerns, need and help. He was amazing I recommend him to every one looking for a vehicle

No service once the check was handed over
I can't believe the rating shown here. We actually bought a car from Boch Toyota South, but we were treated unfairly and once our check was cashed, there was zero customer service or attention. First, we were told what to bring for a bank check and upon arrival were then informed that amount did not include the dealer installed options. They wanted more money to take possession of the car. We left with a "we owe" form for a missing key fob. Once we left, that was the last of the customer care. We are now being told that we, not them, need to contact Toyota to track down the key. But Toyota didn't promise to get me a key, the dealer did.
