It's a great experience that I got my car from CarMax, in the beginning, I picked up a Subaru outback (2018), on the day I drove it and left Carmax where's a tire signal light lighted on. I made an appointment with Carmax and drove my car there, 2 hours later they replaced 4 tire sensors for me. However, this car can't start when I was leaving there, they called a Lyft to took me home and checked this outback for me. The next day's afternoon, they still haven't finished the inspection about this car and need more days and they offered me a temperate car to drive during the weekend. I immediately drove to another Carmax store and switched my Subaru outback as a 2014 Acura MDX, it took 3 hours to finished whole process and the staffs helped me patiently, they took the day off almost 10 pm that day. The Acura MDX I got is wonderful and there's nothing going wrong so far, I also got Maxcare from Carmax either, I feel it's a good price to guarantee this 11 years old car for 3 years and 15 miles, it worths to buy it especially I get an old used car. The second day I switched the car, I went back to Burbank Carmax to returned another Subaru car key and got my personal staffs from that outback I got before. It took me one hour to explain how I switched my car and I needed to get my personal belongings since the business stuffs there had no idea what's going on and what happened before, this experience is bad because they didn't took time to understand and check out what's going on in the beginning till I drove the manager's attention. By the end, I'll still recommend my friends to buy a car from CarMax, we need to know used cars come with these or those issues and it's okay to switch any car if you found the car you get comes with problem in CarMax. Then just get one you like first, return it when something's going wrong, pay Maxcare plan can leave yourself a safe and comfortable feeling without worry about repairing and unexposed issues.

They said that no one informed him that I was.waiting. He never checked if I had arrived either.
