Don't Recommend buying from Dublin Chevy online!!!

I was in search of a Chevrolet Traverse and Ashley Chahine helped to get numbers figured out on the financing after my credit was ran 5 times !!!! BUT added Warranty and GAP to the finance with out asking just to sell something extra on the sales side.... Financing info was sent to me about 545pm almost at closing time so I told Ashley I would think about the deal overnight. Next morning about 945am I called Ashley no answer, then sent her a text to advise her to remove the upsell warranty and GAP insurance and to resubmit the deal without that info. She never replied back nor called until I called her about 1245pm and she said she had been busy but never bothered to let me know, I would have understood vehicle had about 22,000 miles on it and was about $31,999. About 1:30 pm that day she sent me a text letting me know that the Traverse had already sold when I had been trying to work on a deal with her all day with NO reply back. She then advised they had another Traverse for the same price BUT with 45,000 miles on it, I couldn't understand how that made sense to her that they wanted to sell me another vehicle with MORE miles for the same price and same model trim as-well. This is a very unprofessional way to do business and did not appreciate they did me dirty like this, now I have 5 Hard Inquiries on my credit report !!!!

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! Run!! Stay Away!! I worked with a salesperson by the name of Ali for over 2 weeks on the purchase of a 2018 Chevy 2500 pick up. From the beginning I offered to put a deposit down on the vehicle to ensure it was not sold to someone else. Ali said that was not necessary and said the truck was mine. I then jumped through a bunch of hoops…sending them my license, insurance card, filled out a credit app (even though I was paying cash for the vehicle), and a few other things. Then, after 2 weeks of monkeying around with these clowns, they TEXT me and say the truck was sold. Don’t waste your time with these jokers. THEY ARE AWEFUL!

Good Experience Buying a New Sierra 1500

Dublin Buick Service visit the worst ever my service guy Anthony pretend to be help. He is so negative for every question that I have , his answers were all negatively. Shuttle driver Adrianna was also another issue she tells me something and she doesn’t pick up . Also at time of picking up my vehicle cashier Shelby took about 5 min to starting to help uphold get my money. Then at the end I have to go and looked around for my vehicle and top of everything my vehicle was with boot prints everywhere in driverside floor board this not acceptable Fewer months before this didn’t happen

Buying my first new truck
