Needs to be more low income friendly.

It was a good place but the prices were a little high they should make some more affordable for those who are first time buyers and they don’t ont make enough for the down payment.

Decent service but it didn't work out.

The sales guys and manager were nice. I knew ahead of time which car I wanted to look at. The sticker price looked a little high, but I thought I could talk them down a little, plus I had a trade. I ended up doing a test drive and the car drove well, however it definately needed detailing on the inside (stains on seats, missing headrests, and the engine compartment was filthy.) Based on some other negative reviews I had seen, I asked if I could take the car to a mechanic. Much to my surprised, they actually let me drive the car home and return it 2 days later. At that time, I went to a mechanic and drove the car to work. The car still ran fine, but there were several things that needed to be fixed, to include windshield chips and bumper damage. I was willing to accept these issues for a price cut. I offered, was countered, and offered until I got as high as I wanted to go. In the meantime, the manager helped out 2 other groups of people and put my time low on his priority list. I ended up leaving after 3 hours because I wasn't getting customer service. I told them to call me if they wanted to come down to my price. I did receive a call 2 days later, but they still had to talk to a manager. Meanwhile, I looked around. Good thing I did because I found the same car in a Limited edition, fully loaded, with less miles on it, very well detailed, and the same price. The only disadvantage was it was 2hrs away. Funny thing is I got a text while I was test driving that car 2 hrs away saying they were ready for my deal (this was about 6 days later). Too late on their part, I was already in process of buying the Limited edition. Thanks for waiting because I am fully satisfied with the car I DID buy, which was mint, and at their asking price.

Honest Dealer

This is the first HONEST used car dealer I have come across in my 55 years of car buying .I bought an 07 silverado pick-up. Low mileage, below NADA blue Book. The owner heard me talking to Andy the salesman, discussing the fact that the truck had no trailer hitch, which I wanted, but was not a deal breaker. Owner broke in and ask if I had 30 minutes to wait, OK, But why I ask..His answer threw me..It will have a hitch in 30 min ..sure enough 25 min later he was back and the truck had a hitch..Long story these guys are great....

RUN, RUN, RUN! We talked to the dealership many times about this particular car, and Marco agreed on a certain price plus two items that the car was missing. When we were ready to close the deal he came back and said that the items are not included. Fortunately we have everything via text. When asked about not following through with what he committed on, he said it was not approved by his manager. Huh? That is not our problem. We tried to get a hold of "Jack" the owner, and when I called another person said, "He's not here-he has your number---" and hung up. He never took my name and hung up abruptly. We tried to simply have Marco stand by the offer HE made via text, and he didn't. We were ready to pay via cash on the spot, and they blew it with their unprofessional, unethical attitude. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... THE RUN AROUND, LYING AND UNPROFESSIONALISM IS NOT WORTH IT!
