I typically do not leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this service department was deeply disappointing. From the outset, communication was inconsistent, and several commitments made during the process were either delayed or not fulfilled as promised. Attempts to resolve the issues directly with the department were met with minimal responsiveness and a lack of accountability, which only added to the frustration. I have since raised these concerns with KIA North America, who confirmed they are reviewing the situation. While I hope this leads to improvements in how the department operates, I have my doubts as the lack of professionalism and integrity looks to be systemic.

I went to the dealership for an Oil change and general

I went to the dealership for an Oil change and general service. They were courteous and quick in getting my car serviced, cleaned and returned to me in a short time. The waiting room was away from the hustle and bustle of most waiting areas and private so I could get some work done while waiting. Great people that cared about my car and explained it to me at my level.

Courteous and on time with service and new tires.

Courteous and on time with service and new tires. I was able to take advantage of their tire and wheel alignment special. Very easy to work with.

I charged $3,000+ over MSP when I purchased my Niro.

I charged $3,000+ over MSP when I purchased my Niro. Knowing I was in desperate need of a vehicle, they said "pay it or we will find someone who will". I had no choice unfortunately. After having it serviced there twice, which took forever even with an appointment, I have chosen to never return. Since then they have continued to email me "You came in to 1st Kia but didn't buy, and that's totally fine, But right now, the timing couldn't be better". WRONG! Don't even get me started on this "Johnny Kia" nonsense. Clearly this guy doesn't want any accountability. The staff when I called wouldn't even give me his name. "He goes by Johnny Kia". I don't care what he goes by. I want to know his REAL NAME and it sure as xxxx isn't Kia.

I can't say enough good things about Johnny (KIA) and the

I can't say enough good things about Johnny (KIA) and the sales department. Unfortunately, the service department, not so much!! I found the service manager, Greg, to be disrespectful and dishonest. For that reason, I will never buy a car there again.

This service manager is honestly the worst I've ever

This service manager is honestly the worst I've ever dealt with and I've bought seven or eight cars from different dealerships over the years. Customer service is a thing of the past, at least with these guys and Greg thinks that he can intimidate people and condescendingly talk to them as if he's a drill sergeant from the military. When I had an issue with my vehicle he told me that I shouldn't bring my car to them since I didn't buy it from them and that I should go to the dealership I purchased the car for my warranty service even though that's not how warranties work. I've contacted Kia's corporate office and reported him and I hope more people will come forward because first Kia used to be a decent place once upon a time it has since become a money grab typical stealership and will not get a dime of my business ever again. If I could I would give him no stars.
