John honored our verbal agreement on the phone. He communicated promptly with me. Car was in great shape when I picked it up. He told me he gets buyers from all over the US who come in to get his reasonably priced cars, and I see why. I myself took a bus from Eastern Pennsylvania to come buy a subaru from him. It was a very pleasant and non stressful experience working with him, and I wish his business well.

Recently purchased a Chevy Prism from John Lombardo. Car is in good shape, fair price, straightforward buying process. Fixed a small problem after the sale with no hassle. He's a professional guy. Next time I need a car he will be my first stop. Definitely recommend.

Went to test drive a jeep and see if it would be worth buying, as I pulled in I was greeted by about 10 cars COVERED in spider webs that looked to have been there for a long time but I overlooked this and decided to give the jeep a shot still. Bad idea. This thing has divots in every tire the passenger window didn't even work and the vehicle was probably possessed because it wanted to do nothing but drive into oncoming traffic no matter which way I turned the wheel. The one guy who was there when I visited was nice and not at all pushy but the cars they had there just looked extremely neglected.

It is rare these days to find a used car dealer who isn't trying to dump a problem on you or hide something. The entire deal was a transparent and simple process, test drive the car, point out your concerns (it is used so there will be things), and John took care of his part and went beyond expectation when he replaced both front tires new when there was only an obligation to replace one. I placed a $100 deposit to show intent and a few days later picked up the vehicle after a few minor issues were resolved, can't ask for more. Thanks!

I went car shopping a couple of days ago. The first place I went to fell through, nothing but junk at a high price and high pressure to buy. This was my second choice and I wish I had made it my first. No pressure from anybody there, John and Bill were very accommodating, going so far as to open early on Saturday just so I could pick the car up. Will definitely be doing business here again when it's time to get my next car. Highly recommended.

I've bought a car to this dealer in 2012. The car was in very good shape, John has been very helpfull, very kind, patient too when problems just occurs with the DMV and delayed the operations of 48 hours. He's very attentive to the needs of his clients... A good man doing good job. Definitively a place to go.

John and his son were great to deal with. My daughter was looking for a car to go back to college. She shopped by herself until she was ready to buy. She told me that she found a vehicle she liked. She said she trusted the dealer but because I'm a mechanic she wanted me to look over the car. I had planned on doing that anyways. Being the protective father that I am and knowing the reputation of used car dealers I was sure I would find out what the catch was. I couldn't understand why she was getting such a great deal. I went over every detail on the vehicle. I was blown away at how well they took care of my daughter. Being a mechanic myself I was sure I would find something wrong with her choice but really the car was in excellent shape and the price was very reasonable. I'm confident my daughter is driving a reliable vehicle while she's a couple of hours away at school and that is a huge relief for a father. I highly recommend this dealer and they will get my family business for now on.
