Terrible Experience – Stay Away Few dealerships I’ve

Terrible Experience – Stay Away Few dealerships I’ve ever visited have delivered as poor of an experience as Land Rover Houston North. From start to finish, the customer service was abysmal and far below what you’d expect from a luxury brand. There was zero willingness to negotiate, lowball trade-in offers, and a complete lack of professionalism from the management team. Jeff, the used car manager, was unhelpful and came across as completely out of his depth. Jason, the GM, offered no support or accountability, and frankly should not be in a leadership role. The dealership itself is dated and unclean, further undermining the premium image that Land Rover should represent. If you’re in the market for a Land Rover, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This location does not deserve your business.

Very great experience.

Very great experience. Our sales advisor David was great and extremely personable. He was patient as we looked at over 10+ range rovers. Overall experience was smooth, simple and enjoyable.

This is the 4th vehicle purchased from this dealer, the 3rd from sales rep David Baker. David is a good listener to customer needs. He is knowledgeable about the cars. He is responsive with communication . If it were not for the relationship built with David over the years of buying history we probably would have gone somewhere else . Get this man a computer monitor that is up with the times and functional .

Excellent overall experience.

Excellent overall experience. Great selection of vehicles, professional, no-pressure approach from everyone there. You could tell the focus was on providing a very high level of service. Adan was great to work with in Sales - very accommodating and helpful in finding the right vehicle for me.

We ordered a new Range Rover and prepared for a 18-24

We ordered a new Range Rover and prepared for a 18-24 month wait. Donna Watkins at LR Houston North delivered the car in less than half the time other dealers quoted!! Unfortunately when our SUV arrived, I changed my mind about the color and asked her to place a new order. I don't know how she did it, but Donna delivered the new Range Rover in 3 months! She really knocked herself out to make the car exactly what I wanted and did so happily. We were not the easiest customers (to say the least) but Donna made the whole experience feel easy. She was truly FANTASTIC.
