Valerie and the service team at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda did a great job of getting me in and out and back on the road. The ease of making an appointment, the dedication to getting me back in my car in a timely manner and the care they took making sure my car was safe and ready for the road puts me at ease when i have to have maintenance done. My overall experience with Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda was very positive. The Service Advisor was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what service was needed. I was also pleased with the amount that I was billed.

I was looking for a used CRV (something I had dreaded
I was looking for a used CRV (something I had dreaded doing because of past experiences) but Jason Ryndak immediately found a beautiful car for me to drive. I have never had an SUV so I was quite nervous but he was so considerate and answered all my concerns and questions - not forceful on making a deal which I appreciated. He gave my sister and I time to talk privately before finally making a decision. He has even called me to see if I had any further questions and has said several times, his service does not stop at the signing and I truly believe this. I love my "new" 2022 CRV and thank Jason for making a dreaded transaction go very smooth. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I had a horrible experience with the finance department
I had a horrible experience with the finance department manager Jermiah i tried to cancel my maintenance warranty I went back to the dealership signed the cancellation paperwork with Jermiah , a couple months go by I still haven’t received my refund I call and speak to Jermiah again he assures me he did it just takes a couple months so 2 more months go by still no refund call and speak to Jermiah again he assures me he put through , so I finally just call the number on the warranty paperwork and they inform me they haven’t received any cancellations for contract, so now instead of just canceling one contract I canceled them all and will never go back to this dealership again

I was looking for a 1 or 2-year Honda Odyssey with 15k
I was looking for a 1 or 2-year Honda Odyssey with 15k miles, and I found one at Plam Harbor Honda, I provided my info indicating I live in Richmond, VA planning to buy the vehicle the next day Kero Mikhaeil sales person contacted me took my details and promised me to provide the on-road price by evening late evening he sent me the transparent price( No hidden or bargaining) it is the best deal. Since I live in Richmond 'Kero' not sure I am eligible to buy from my bank and he suggested discussing it with 'Ben' to move forward. Ben called me after hearing all he suggested to buy this vehicle online. I went online to purchase portal, It is one of the BEST buying experience portals provided step-by-step and easy to buy. Over the weekend I flew to Tamp, Kero was waiting for me and we both went to his office he guided and helped me to complete the rest of the process till I get the vehicle. I am very pleased with all the other staff and Kudos to 'Kero' and Ben. I can rate 5 and above for my experience.

Justin Service Advisor told me to F off
I was told to F Off my service red Justin on 7/18/23, he has no clue how to handle a customer, I contacted them today to file a complaint, and no one got back to me, this is not a behavior that should be tolerated by the management. I have come here for years and have never been treated so poorly.
