Started negotiating with Ed and his Sales Mgr, Jose. They offered very competitive price plus good price for my trade in. Great safety rating, saved on insurance, better gas mileage and resale value closed the deal. Ed was very professional, answered all my questions and was never aggressive. I would highly recommend Courtesy Honda, in addition their add on fees like dealer profit, doc filing was the lowest I’ve seen. Best car buying process I’ve ever seen.

I purchased a used Subaru from Courtesy Honda on September 17th to drive my handicapped brother to CT. I was ASSURED that they work with a company that does registrations and license plates through DMVs in every state. It is now 44 days later and there is still NO RECORD with CT DMV that this car was ever purchased, much less registered. In my calls with the dealership, they are dismissive and unhelpful. At least three times when I was promised a callback, none was received. I have incurred hundreds of dollars in insurance coverage on a car that was to be SOLD upon my return to CT October 3rd, but which I cannot do because the dealership DROPPED THE BALL and apparently never processed the paperwork to do the work THEY WERE PAID TO DO. I will be seeking legal representation in this matter.

Ever since purchasing my Honda from Courtesy Honda in Palm Harbor, I have been using their Service Department for car maintenance. The Service Department is very essential to the car industry. The Service personnel are tech savy, able to resolve issues, attentive, organized, empathetic and very courteous. I am very pleased with Courtesy Honda in Palm Harbor.
