Outstanding service! Love my new Dodge Journey! I dealt with Cory and Andrew for most of everything and let me tell you they are amazing. I had sold my car so they came 45 min away to my house to pick me up and bring me to the dealership, even during crazy busy tax time when they were swamped! They really do go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Will 100% have all of my business. Thanks guys you rock!!!

I will NEVER purchase from this dealership again!!! Thank God for warranties! I needed the U joints fixed, they fixed the rear not the front. I picked up the vehicle to drive it home (after being told its perfect now), didnt even make it home w/out the problem continuing. so....I brought it back. 4 days later I drove back up to get the vehicle I purchased. Friendly!?? I was hung up on after driving 800 miles to plate the vehicle I purchased. The title wasn't filled out correctly. I was told "oh well, not my problem" by Clint and hung up on. I was told the problem would be resolved. I had to call back the following day, Tyler then spoke with me and said he would compensate my gas. I drive to the dealership again! to pick up a check that i couldn't cash!!!!! because they didnt freaking sign it!!!!!!! They had the nerve to ask me to drive back up to the dealership for them to sign it! A circus is more organized has better customer relations and is professional!!!! Sad but I would recommend NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!! to put the icing on the cake.....I was asked to write a good review......pffft. I have Integrity!

We bought a 2001 Subaru with under 100K miles at a really good price. No pressure during the sale or during the loan process. We needed to have it looked at for some misfiring problems, and they found a couple things that they quickly fixed for us for no charge and even gave us a loaner while they were working on it. Kelly went above and beyond and took great care of us. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

It was our very first time buying a vehicle. I had looked up vehicles before I went to the dealer so I knew what I wanted. However, I did not know the process of buying a vehicle whatsoever. Cory went above and beyond what we expected out of a dealer. He was so helpful in every step of the process. He was quick to respond to my questions via email and I was able to set up a time to come in and test drive my 2006 Ford Freestyle. When I arrived, Cory had the vehicle all ready for my small family to look at and test drive. After driving the freestyle and getting some extra questions answered about the quality of the vehicle, I was set on purchasing it. We were able to get the price down to be more comfortable with my budget. After that, Cory helped us estimate total cost, qualify for a loan with an excellent rate for our credit, and retrieve all our necessary forms and information. Being from Wisconsin, I had to find my insurance company within the state of Iowa. Cory went extremely above expectations and called the local insurance company (that I am already insured at) to help get my information switched. This purchase was hassle free and worry free. I was very stressed coming into the appointment and left feeling very confident. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by and check out their great inventory and chat with their helpful staff.
