A GREAT Dealership

This is a Very Pleasant and Trusting Family owned Dealership. They try hard to satisfy the customer's needs with the right vehicle. They have ALL the vehicles inspected and they are available with a Warranty included in the monthly payment. I have known this Family since the mid-nineties and done business with them all these years making the car buying experience FUN !

When everybody else says no...

Sean was a HUGE help in getting me into a car! My situation was very bleak and I had been told no by every other dealer in town, but Sprinkler Used Cars got me into a great car that fit my budget. Thank you so much for your help, this is a life-changer for me!!!

Worst mistake ever!!!

Would recommend going anywhere else but this place. They sold me a 2002 Buick Rendezvous, which honestly was the one type of car I did not want to buy, but they honestly made me feel that was my only option with my credit. So in a panic because my other car had pretty much stopped working I agreed to finance it. Upon signing all the paperwork Andrew flew through everything. When the carfax came up he didn't even let me look it over just told me and I quote " there are so many pages because it's been well maintained " What a joke!! 2 weeks later I brought it back for overheating issues among other issues, but that was the main problem. Still under warranty with them, however; nothing that needed fixed was under warranty so they charged me. Then told me my car wasn't overheating at all because and I quote again " I've let it sit for 2 hours and it's fine" so not only did they run my gas out but they did not even bother to drive it to access the problem properly. I've made a total of 4 payments and I have not been able to drive it for 3 weeks because of a overheating issue. I took it in to get the thermostat replaced and have the oil actually changed because again sprinklers just reset the oil life indicator and did not bother to change the oil. Anyway brand new thermostat and still it is overheating, and now for the best part. When they did the oil change they informed me that not only had the oil not been changed but that there was gas in the oil. So now I am stuck paying for a car that is pretty much no good, and the worst part is they knew my situation. I am a single mom and grandma working to provide for my family. I don't get any kind of help from the state or anyone. It's just me. And they didn't care at all as long as they made a sell they didn't care who they were hurting. SO AGAIN I WOULD GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS AWFUL PLACE. they do not care for their customers at all. I've left vm and texts and they haven't answered me one time. Thanks Andrew and what's your name Jesse you guys really hurt my entire family.... Good job!! Nothing like taking complete advantage of a female!! You guys should be ashamed of the way you do business!!!

Very poor communication.

Very poor communication. I am a cash buyer who knows what I want and am willing to travel to purchase it. Rust is a major concern for me. This dealer had the vehicle I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay. I was willing and able to fly out immediately to purchase it. Rust is a big deal for me, and I asked for detailed pictures of rust prone areas. The dealership refused to communicate with me after that. I’m six figure flight crew and I fly free anywhere I want. I guess I’ll find my 99 Ranger extended cab 4X4 with the pushrod 4.0 and M5R1 transmission somewhere else.

Not sure what you mean by odometer reset? Never heard of this. We have every customer sign a Carfax Report as part of the paperwork process. You and I both would of known of any odometer discrepancies at the time of sale. Think there might be some confusion here. Please reach out if we can help at 303-651-2277.
