I had been in the market to upgrade to a newer Dodge Ram and hit all the big dealerships. It was very frustrating until I saw a 2011 Dodge Ram at R & R. I met the owner (Ron) and after a few moments realized he had more knowledge than any other salesperson I had dealt with. Ron explained how he searched out low mileage, low owner inventory and personally selects the best. After about a hour, Ron offered an amazing deal on my trade and a great price on the 2011 Dodge Ram. Ron went out of the way to keep me informed every step of the way and went the extra mile to make the deal as smooth as possible. After learning about his business and the excellent customer service I would recommend R & R to anyone. Additionally, buying from a local dealer and a life long Dutchess County resident is a satisfying feeling. I will definitely purchase in the future and consider Ron a friend.

This was not a first encounter with R &R. I purchased a vehicle from him eight and half years ago; it is still running. I needed an auto with different features. The dealer has an appealing inventory at fair prices. I was helped at every step in the purchase.

R & R had the used truck I was looking for that was in much better shape and at a better price than we saw from private sellers. When there was an unforeseen problem, Ron's local mechanic at TIA Auto Diagnostic worked with the warranty company to cover most of the cost of repairs and Ron covered the rest out of his own pocket. Over and above what I was expecting. He really cares about his customers. Don't hesitate to shop at R & R.

I was looking for a good used car where the mileage was real. I stopped to look at a Buick they had at the lot in Poughkeepsie. I met Bob and while we were talking and he told me he had another car that he thought I might like at the Pleasant Valley location. He arranged to have the car there for me to drive the next day. The following day I was able to drive the car. It was everything Bob said it was. I was able to make a good deal. They had the car ready for me the next day. I got the car I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. I will be sure to look at R&R for any cars I buy in the future.
