I rarely write reviews, but my car-buying experience with

I rarely write reviews, but my car-buying experience with Manny Camacho was exceptional. My daughter and I had just one day to find a car, and Manny made the process easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, easygoing, and—most importantly—not pushy. When we told him we wanted to test drive other SUVs, he encouraged us, offered insights, and didn’t try to pressure us or speak negatively about competitors. After visiting four other dealerships with aggressive sales tactics, we realized how much we appreciated Manny’s approach. While we loved the CX-5, his professionalism and customer-first attitude were the deciding factors in choosing Mazda. Manny made the entire process smooth, ensuring paperwork was done quickly and even delivering the car to my daughter at work. The dealership itself is also welcoming, with great service amenities—including complimentary Chick-fil-A on some days! If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend Manny. He truly deserves recognition for his outstanding service!

Best parts customer service

I just want to start of by saying that in my life I have ever experience such great customer service I call the parts department for a part that I need for my car a gentleman by the name of Paco assisted me with looking for the part he told me they had it in stock and was going to o set it aside for me upon coming to the dealer once’s again this gentleman Paco assisted me and ask me if I had been help I reply no and was quick to assisted me with my parts needed he has very great customer service over all it’s one of the best if not that best experience at a dealers part department.

New Mazda CX -3

The car salesman was very professional and did not try to push me into buying anything. He spend a lot of time answering my questions and letting me test drive cars.

Update to my review on 9/23

I have an update on the prior review that i was not happy about. The owner John Patterson have reached out to me and have assigned Tony, the general manager to help us resolved the issue we had yesterday. it turns out that it's not Huntington Beach Mazda fault but it's rather just one of the Manager (Bob) that was onsite yesterday that was giving us a "don't care" attitude without able to resolve anything related to our concern. We appreciate the owner and General Manager of Huntington Beach Mazda for understanding the issue and for the effort of correcting the issue. Today deal was closed and handled personally by the General Manager Tony and should be an example for all others managers to follow. Thank you Mr Peterson and Tony for providing us a good sales experience. We are glad that the Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Westminster and Garden Grove still have a nice Mazda dealer for us to buy and service Mazda car. We are recommending Huntington Beach Mazda again and change yesterday bad experience rating back to the way it should be.

Mazda owner

Have to make an appointment for oil changes, but they don't return calls left on answering device. How do you get an appointment?

Joe Rosales was an awesom Salesman.

We walked in "just to look". Joe asked what we were looking for so he could help us "just look". He seemed very knowledgeable. Even though we had no intentions of buying a car that day, he still took the time to talk to us and find out what it was we were or were not looking for. in the end a couple of days later we ended up buyin a car and Joe made the process very easy and it didn't seem like we spend hour at a dealersip making the deal. He made us feel comfortable. I would recommed Joe Rosales to anyone not sure of what they are looking for and he will point you in the right direction.

Great buying experience!!!

Found the car I was shopping for online and gave the dealership a call. From the initial call to the moment I left with my new car it was an awesome experience. The staff was very helpful and honest. They found out what I wanted and didn't try and sell me what they wanted to sell. Moin specifically helped me throughout the process and was a low pressure, honest, and customer friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used Mazda!!!

Courteous and Friendly

Walked into showroom area while getting an oil change just to look. Ed greeted me with a warm smile and offered to answer any questions I might have. He offered me a test drive while I was waiting for the oil change. Throughout the whole process, he did not push for a sale at all - he just let the vehicle (2014 Mazda3) speak for itself. Ended up driving out with the 2014 Mazda3. Very happy with the vehicle, and very happy with the no-pressure sales experience.

Excellent service

I never write reviews but I have to let everyone know Joe Rosales is the best... I was stressed, had anxiety purchasing a car for my teenage son he was helpful and very understanding. I have have told many friends and family about my experience. Hands down the best car sales men ever.

Easy Experience, Great Service

Ed Southfield and Jonathan Marchand made the process easy and hassle free. I was planning on just test driving the Mazda MX-5 Miata. I have admired the Miata for years, but thought I would need to wait another couple months to be in a position to make it happen. I compared the Mazda with the Nissan Z, Subaru BRZ, Scion FR-S and even test drove a used car on the lot to compare. My heart was set on a convertible and the retractable hard-top is easy to operate. I am not sure if I got the "BEST" deal out there, but I was able to use my existing car for trade-in and they worked with me to get incredible financing with a monthly payment that I am comfortable with. They presented the options and really listened to what I wanted and needed. The overall experience was a lot easier then I imagined it could be and would highly recommend at least giving Ed and Jonathan a chance to help you find your perfect car.
