I came into the dealership discouraged feeling like I was

I came into the dealership discouraged feeling like I was going to leave empty handed, but I still wanted to see my options. But BIG should out to Eric Williams for helping me and putting me in a brand new car!! Thank you so much ! I would def rate him a 10/5

THANKS to MATT CESARETTI!

I recently bought a car at Savannah Toyota and my sales rep,Matt Cesaretti, was extremely helpful. He was very patient while guiding me through the options and kept me posted every few days while the car was in transit. When the car arrived, he patiently went through all the "bells & whistles" that were included to get me up and running. Thanks, Matt, for a very positive & helpful experience. You deserve 5 stars!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I took my car in for repairs after a collision and not only did they drag their feet on the car being fixed it took them 6 weeks. They returned my car still not fixed and unsafe making us lose control in the vehicle. Now their refusing to pay for the damages that the car incurred due to their negligence. I will not take anymore business here and will warn everyone that their service department is negligent in their work. Even now returning my car back to me because they refuse to pay for the work that was caused by the damage is negligible. They do not care about customer safety and just want to take money. They tried to charge the insurance for the repairs telling them that it was a repair that needed to be done. But then justify giving my car back now that they insurance denied the claim because they are at fault that it is completely safe. I now have to take my car elsewhere and pay to have it fully inspected and repaired!

Sold a 8,000 engine with a oil leak & burn rings

I purchased a LEMON from this Dealership! DO NOT purchase any expensive services from Savannah Toyota! December 23, 2021 I picked up my 2012 Highlander that costed me 8,000 to replace the engine. December 30 I was back to the Dealership due to a oil leak in that same engine. It has been a nightmare ever since. Every 2 weeks having to get a oil change/check. After 8 months of this I have requested to be refunded and refused by the manager Bryan Bufkin. I'm pretty certain if I was of another race I would have been treated differently. I will never purchase another Toyota again and would suggest you spend your money where it's valued.

Beyond Grateful

Blake and Justin are amazing. two of the only men in america at the moment who are somehow able to get you a new car during these crazy times. have been without a car for a while and may be heading back to school..not exactly sure what made me call savannah from nashville other than the city has a reputation for being beautiful. called Blake 3 days ago and now I have a beautiful beautiful car thanks to both him and Manager Justin. thank you to you both eternally..will be recommending you for years to come. Not trustworthy

If i could give them a zero i would. Had agreed to buy a car from them and they sold it right out from under us. We even offered more than the other buyer. Had proof of being the first to make offer and they still sold it out from under us.

I need it to make sense

I went to Savannah Toyota on Abercorn @ 7 months ago I went for oil change and new tires. Service was great other then the 2 different quotes they gave me for valve gasket. One price quoted was over $600 and second quote was over $900 on same day in writing plus a separate price over $300 for spark plugs.When I question the quotes for the gasket they said they would honor the less price which they did in May. While my car was at there shop being service for the valve gasket and spark plugs. I got a call from Tricia asking me have I ever had service on my engine and was my engine light was on? I said no. She went own to tell me that my exhaust sprocket bank 2 was leaning and lose. She said technician tightened it up but it need to be replace asap at the price of $6102.08. I told her to put my car back together. I can't afford that. When I left the shop I got two blocks when all my dash board was light up including the engine light. I spoke with owner May 23 and service manager. Neither one could explain why my engine light was on after the service person supposedly tightened the sprocket up. ( that I did not authorized). Before he did that my engine light was not own. I truly believe they damaged my car. On top of all that they ask me have I considered trading my Rx 350 07 Lexus. They offered me guess? $6000.00. The same price to fake fix it. Please why? I was told by two mechanics at another shop that they couldn't have tighten a sprocket from where they entered to put gasket and to change spark.. I must add they gave me the horrible news pleasantly. To add the technician told me the price was so high because he would have to drop my engine to replace the sprocket which will take him 27 hours. But how then did he get to the sprocket to tighten it up since he said it was lose and leaning. My Suv have 129.000 miles. My car always was under service. I JUST NEED IT TO MAKE SENSE??? Service: Oil change valve gasket spark plugs

Highly recommend Savannah Toyota!

I recently bought a car at Savannah Toyota and had an excellent experience. Buying a car can be very stressful, but my experience there, especially with sales person Christy was just great! She was so incredibly helpful and patient with me, and I never felt pressured. Highly recommend going to Savannah Toyota and working with Christy to buy or sell your car!!
