BEWARE I am a Highlander owner.

BEWARE I am a Highlander owner. Living in Northern Vermont I had the undercarriage treated to prevent salt damage. While visiting Savannah the treatment began to melt on a +75 F. day. A week ago I took my vehicle to Savannah Toyota and asked for a mechanics opinion about how to deal with the leaking coating. I was offered an assessment for $50. Within 15 minutes the Assistant Service Manager returned with a verbal report. "Your front brakes are dangerous. They're shot. You have less then 1% left in the shoes. I wouldn't drive your car around Savannah let alone make the 1200 mile trip to your home in Vermont" I called my Vermont mechanic. He expressed surprise. He declined from advising me. I was deeply concerned. The thought of brake failure on our way home was overwhelming. I spent the 700+ $$. The brakes were "fixed". I asked for the old shoes. They were handed over once the money changed hands. When I got home I was outraged. My mechanic stated " there is more than 10,000 miles left in these shoes": So I feel this service department took advantage of a retired Vermonter. Beware of Cheaters. Do not believe what Savannah Toyota tells you especially if you have Green License Plates...

I don’t know how to HIGHLY recommend a Salesman but WOULDN’T EVER RECOMMEND getting your vehicle serviced at the Service Dept. of the same dealership but I’m going to do it! I wouldn’t take my great nieces big wheel there for service if it were the last place on Earth! P.S. If you’re in the market for a new ride, go see my guy Patrick Jackson at Savannah Toyota, he’ll definitely get you what you need! 🚙

Malik provide excellent salesmanship.

Malik provide excellent salesmanship. He answered what he knew and didn't try to give us xx answers. He didn't try to upsale us or offer anything we didnt want. If you're in the market for a new car. Go see Malik at Savannah Toyota.

Experience with service department was the worst!

Experience with service department was the worst! Advisor I was assigned to needs work on how he should provide service and updates to customers. Best thing to do is if you want updates is to go to dealership in person and ask, rude customer service they will avoid your calls!! My vehicle was in for a recall that lasted four long month and was given to me half a*** parts missing/damaged in my vehicle, They didn't reinstall parts correctly.

I meet with Patrick Jackson on yesterday when I came in

I meet with Patrick Jackson on yesterday when I came in for my maintenance on my car. He was extremely personable and informative in getting me my new car. He was diligent in getting my payment where I was comfortable. Also Charles Pennamon was excellent as well with being able to keep my original finance company. I highly recommend all my friends and relatives to see them both to purchase a vehicle. As a matter of fact, my son and daughter in law is coming in today to see them. Well Aaron has been trying to reach me and trying to get

Well Aaron has been trying to reach me and trying to get me to come look at a car kept putting it off, because I wasn't sure if I was ready to get another car I was in love with my 2007 Honda that never gave me any issues so when we got there he began to show me lots of cars I'm talking about Aaron still and he asked me was I interested in a new car. Wasn't interested and a new car I was like there's no way I'm going to be able to get a new car he was like why you know unless you give it a try so I did and guess what I was able to get me a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry very beautiful I was so nervous and I kept telling him I'm so nervous is this real am I really going to get this car I had never in my life had a brand new car and I just want to say he is a phenomenal phenomenal service agent .Savannah Toyota has one of the best employees he is so good very loyal there was no surprises he told me everything how things was going to work and it worked out just like that and things got better when I got to finance everyone that was a part of me getting my car thank you and a special thank you to Aaron.
