If I could give them zero or negative stars I would.. I have had nothing but a constant battle with them between sales and now service. I am highly dissatisfied... with this place. I My husband and I bought a 2020 rav4 and traded in my 2018 Rav4. After I drove my new car for a couple days every time I stop the car lunges forward sometimes it feels as if someone hit me from the rear. Absolutely terrifies me. I get it, it’s a new car and needs time to learn your driving habits, I totally get it. But when my husband called Savannah Toyota to see what they could do, they told him no one else has complained of this issue.. refused to help Really... I will NEVER refer someone to them. our salesman Marc was friendly and courteous and wonderful to deal with he was great, we dealt with a second salesman the same day (I can’t remember his name) he was great as well. However when we arrived to pick up the car, the guy I believed his name was something Hayward was on the phone hardly acknowledged we existed, took the tag off the trade in was then going to keep my tag off the trade in, took our trade in keys, handed us the new ones and walked back inside the dealership. Never once showed us how to work the car, how to pair phones to the car, NOTHING which in my opinion is VERY rude!! Just very unprofessional. But they got what they wanted, a sale... the customers don’t matter after that paperwork is signed. I would steer clear of this place at all costs. If you want to be treated like dirt then by all means have at it. I won’t ever come here to buy a car again. We shall see how the service department is, if it’s anything like the sales department I will be taking my car to another Toyota facility for service needs. I don’t and will not recommend them to anyone. Buyer Beware.
Scott Drown greeted my wife and I and from there on it was a flawless process from making sure we were informed of every Highlander that was in the inventory,... to helping us pick out the one that fit our needs the best. Scott is truly a professional as is Savannah Toyota, making this experience very pleasant. Buying a new vehicle can be unpleasant, not with Scott and Savanna Toyota, excellent job.
I really appreciate the professionalism of all of your employees. I completely understand being in the business of people we do what we need to do... Most... of the times it can feel fake. Your team did not make it feel that way. I felt like they genuinely loved what they do and worked with me to ensure I have a great experience. I not only got the vehicle I liked but I got one that I love. William Brown did a great job picking out what fit my needs. I work a lot so I didn't have to come back and keep searching this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will highly recommend and on my next car buying experience I will come back :) thank you so much for making this a wonderful experience.

Went to purchase a car of my dreams, got bad customer service from a AMANDA, worst customer service ever!!!! She didn't take her time nor answer any... of my questions!!! I will take the time to say I will never attend this dealership again.
My sunroof is squeaking again, very loudly when I drive. It sounds like it may fall in on me. I cannot take this anymore, I purchased this vehicle brand... new from this dealership. I have now brought my vehicle in 4 times for the same issue. I have made the general manager Scot and well as the assistant manager Victor aware each time this issue arises. They just seems to blow off my concern. It seems as though it’s fixed once I get it back then shortly after the issue arises again. All they are doing is gluing my sunroof down and once that glue evaporates the loud noises happen again. I believe this vehicle is a lemon, I don’t believe the issue can be fixed. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle, it sounds as though the glass is going to fall in on me when I drive. I took my vehicle in and was told a Toyota Certified Field Inspector would be fixing this issue. I get a call today that they cannot find the issue and nothing more than do. They expect me to drive around with a defective sunroof on a vehicle I purchased brand new from their dealership. At this point, I don’t feel confident that they care to fix this issue or make it right. I googled and come to find out the 2018 with sunroofs are all having this issue, its recall time. Most other dealerships are able to fix the issue or replace the vehicle. This vehicle is defective and should be declared a lemon. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership or refer anyone else. This dealership doesn’t take ownership for issues that are constantly brought to their attention on a brand new car (with warranty) that they sell their customers.
They do a great job from the saleman to manger. My experience with them was like no other dealership. I enjoyed the whole experience and they work with... you no matter what your situation.
We went to look at Toyota 4 Runners. We were taken given a test drive from Amanda Mendiola. She was very helpful and we were able to get a quote to take... home. We then went looking at other dealerships for a week to get other quotes. When we returned, Amanda immediately recognized us without us saying anything to her and remembered what we had looked at together the week before. We had found a different price online and Amanda had them match the price for us. Amanda spent most of her time with us and she was very personable and very honest. Aaron Thomas also helped assist her some in the process. We then were passed on to Kirk Pennamon, in financial department. You would think he would just be about all business, but he too was very personable and very honest and he gave us a bunch of helpful information about the vehicle and buying cars that he did not have to even talk to us about. We appreciated the non-high pressure sales atmosphere, where we did not need to buy right then and there on the spot. We were able to take our quote home and compare it to other mandy dealers and then return to get the car we wanted. Some other dealers did have the "buy now, high presssure sales" and that then made us return to Savannah Toyota. Then, on top of that, we had won a TV in their "spin the wheel" price drawings for new car buyers, after we bought the car that night. We had a good experience in buying our car and would recommend them to others. Kendra & Patrick
