I recently had an appointment to have my rear brakes
I recently had an appointment to have my rear brakes repaired, and also to have three recalls addressed with my vehicle. the service attendance scheduled a day a half into the next day for the appointment so I rearranged my schedule for that - when I arrived at the dealership in the morning to check in the next service manager, who is different said that the recalls did not need to be performed unless I was having problems - therefore, I didn’t need to leave my vehicle for a day and a quarter however I had already rearranged my entire schedule. The brake job only took two hours and I had my vehicle in the morning. Left a review about the waste of my time for rescheduling, but Bergstrom does not follow up on any negative reviews that are provided to their own dealership, therefore this is the only avenue to provide feedback to them. This would be the same pattern that they follow with any service follow ups that are not positive.

If you wanna buy tires at this dealership, they guarantee the lowest price, but if you find one that is lower priced, they make up all kinds of excuses for why their tire is not priced the same and will not honor it. Either stop making the claim that you have the lowest prices or simply honor. The guarantee of a customer finds a comparable lower price for the same tire.

We purchased a 2024 Luncoln Nautilus with 5k miles.
We purchased a 2024 Luncoln Nautilus with 5k miles. We needed to bring it back for some minor items. Bergstrom said it would take a full day and they didn't have a loaner available. Ally suggested that Bergstrom pick up the car from my residence. WOW! That was above and beyond. Ally also texted me periodically throughout the day to let me know the service progress. I appreciated this because then I could have an idea of when my vehicle would be returned. Ally texted me when the driver left Neenah and in 20 minutes, our Nautilus was in our driveway. Shout out to Matt N for his salesmanship as well!

Recently, I purchased a used Ford Edge from Bergstrom
Recently, I purchased a used Ford Edge from Bergstrom Ford of Neenah.I actually did stop and shop other car dealers from Rosemont, Mn. to include Baldwin, Wisconsin and Neenah,Wi. The assistance I received from the team at Bergstrom and the fact that this Edge was Gold Certified with the Blue Advantage was very much an aid in our decision to purchase our vehicle here. Our sales associate was very helpful and showed us the cars in stock. Nail Yetim (first name pronounced Niles) was very friendly and the entire team in the show room made us very comfortable, my dog enjoyed the visit, " he is a service dog" and enjoyed a treat. All my questions were ansered and when Nail wasn't sure he got the answer. I would like to thank the entire Bergstrom Ford team thnk-you. Curt Weibel

While I admit service in the past has been slow, They have brought in a whole new managment team for both service and sales. My most recent experiences here have been nothing short of awesome. They staff is friendly and you can tell they genuinely want to be there. I will keep coming back.

Do not buy from this dealership and expect great service
Do not buy from this dealership and expect great service after you sign the papers. This specific dealership has been a nightmare. When I call about questions or services for my vehicle either I don’t get through to anyone, or the person that I’m talking to does not have the answers and “we will give you a call back”. Unfortunately, typically you do not get a call back within a timely manner and has gone so far as to not give me a call back within a week. Typically, when I call back, I am made to feel like an imposition to the individuals answering the phone. I have been shuffled around from person to person and been given voicemails And this was simply about a question regarding my tires warranty that the dealership had put on. Also, don’t try to call on a Monday, “they are really busy, and can’t get back to you right away.” I called at 9 in the morning, still had no return call by 1 pm, just wanted an estimate on a scheduled service. I have been told that I could pick my car up early just to call in to make sure it was ready. When I tried to call I got voicemail and no answer from the individual that told me this. When I arrived for the vehicle, it was not ready and I was told “she was on Lunch”… This was over multiple hours that I was trying to call about getting there early. Again, I impositioned the dealership, by doing what I was told I could do. I have been charged for rotating tires that the dealership put on which should be part of buying tires from them and having them put on there. There is no way I will be buying another vehicle from this dealership. Just due to the terrible customer service I have received since buying the vehicle.

Oil Change
I have purchased many trucks from here and always had the service done here also, had an appointment today at 7:00am for an oil change, it was 7:10 before someone opened the door and told me the manager was not in. Someone finally got me checked in and my truck was put in the garage, long story short they finished my truck pulled it out front and threw the keys on the counter where there still was nobody there ! Well sat there another 10-15 minutes before someone finally came to get me out of there. Needless to say I had an appointment somewhere else at 8:00 am and had to reschedule that. I think with all the employees around there they could have done a much better job of taking care of customers at the “Fast” Lane.

I went in for warranty service to repair or replace the
I went in for warranty service to repair or replace the headliner fabric. Staff did nothing with my claim for full month and only finally submitted it when I called for an update. When they finally did replace the headliner fabric with the new piece, their technicians did not wear clean gloves and left fingerprints all over it. They also broke the upper console piece. Took me a year and a half of calls and emails to finally get them to replace the console piece that their team broke. They do not regularly return calls and emails. They are horrible at actively working towards a solution for you, and all three contacts admitted they let this issue fall to their back burner. They had me calling Ford and Ford employees myself for some reason. They cannot be trusted with service work and I would never purchase a vehicle from them knowing that they do not value their customers.
