Oil Change

I have purchased many trucks from here and always had the service done here also, had an appointment today at 7:00am for an oil change, it was 7:10 before someone opened the door and told me the manager was not in. Someone finally got me checked in and my truck was put in the garage, long story short they finished my truck pulled it out front and threw the keys on the counter where there still was nobody there ! Well sat there another 10-15 minutes before someone finally came to get me out of there. Needless to say I had an appointment somewhere else at 8:00 am and had to reschedule that. I think with all the employees around there they could have done a much better job of taking care of customers at the “Fast” Lane.

I went in for warranty service to repair or replace the

I went in for warranty service to repair or replace the headliner fabric. Staff did nothing with my claim for full month and only finally submitted it when I called for an update. When they finally did replace the headliner fabric with the new piece, their technicians did not wear clean gloves and left fingerprints all over it. They also broke the upper console piece. Took me a year and a half of calls and emails to finally get them to replace the console piece that their team broke. They do not regularly return calls and emails. They are horrible at actively working towards a solution for you, and all three contacts admitted they let this issue fall to their back burner. They had me calling Ford and Ford employees myself for some reason. They cannot be trusted with service work and I would never purchase a vehicle from them knowing that they do not value their customers.

Don't order a new car from here

Have ordered two cars from here in the last two years. A Bronco and a Mustang. Have never recieved a vin for either of them. I used to buy cars from here without problem.

Do NOT buy here- they won’t help you after sale

Absolutely terrible service department. We just bought a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer. Two weeks later the inside of the vehicle smelled like an electrical fire for 25 minutes. I’m doing research, this is common for this vehicle. Took it in to get fixed. Chad the asst manager was terrible on the phone to my husband. His chest hurt all day from how he was treated by beau and chad. Beau was absolutely condescending and rude. He also wanted signatures on a sheet and said what was on the sheet didn’t matter they wouldn’t follow what it said on there but it needed to be signed. I would not do it. You don’t sign papers agreeing to what it says on them and have him say oh but we don’t mean any of this on here. Then why sign it!!!! To top it off on the way out he said sarcastically how he would take such good care of our little baby. My car is not our baby. It is a nightmare. Wish we never spent almost 50k on a Ford Explorer let alone at this dealership. To top all this off since they didn’t duplicate the smell they won’t fix our brand new vehicle. Worst decision ever to buy from this place. I will forever tell everyone we know to never go here.

Oil change & tire rotation

Went to Bergstrom Ford, Neenah for 1st time for oil change and tire rotation. I have 9300 miles on my Ford Edge. I only received an oil change. Watched Lucas the entire 10 minutes and never rotated my tires. Didn't check the fluids. I spoke with the service advisor and he said, "they are quick." Quick is something I'm not looking for. I want to feel safe on the road. Simply did a 5000 mile check. Would never go back or recommend

I had an 8:45 a.m appointment on 03/23/2021 for 2 recalls...

I had an 8:45 a.m appointment on 03/23/2021 for 2 recalls on my vehicle. When I called to schedule the girl told me she would "give me an 8:45 and get me in right away in the morning" so I brought my truck there and left it overnight. Before I left work at 3:00 I called the service department and they stated that it would be done at approximately 4:00 and I would be called when it was ready. At 4:45 I again called the service department but had to leave a message and was informed the service department closes at 6:00. At 5:50 I once again called the service department to find out my truck was actually finished! I had borrowed a vehicle for the day and had been under the assumption that an 8:45 a.m appointment meant that I would have my truck back that same day! With 10 minutes until close and my borrowed vehicle returned, I had no way to get from Appleton to Neenah in 10 minutes. Having not received a call throughout the day with an update (I had to call them 3 times) I had no vehicle for work this morning, therefore having to walk the mile to work (thank goodness it wasn't raining). I was informed that an 8:45 a.m appointment only means that they will work on your vehicle "when a technician with the capability and skill set" is available, but if you are there waiting for your vehicle they do it right away. I feel so disrespected! Our small business that has purchased fleet and personal vehicles only from Bergstrom for the past 20 years will never purchase from Bergstrom again.

Brought vehicle in for antenna repair . 1. Vehicle was not even touched after it entered garage. 2. Called and no one knew what was going on with the status. 3. Shuttle never showed up to bring me back to the shop for the car. Had to call 4. Got back to shop and they said "oh were sorry we didn't get a chance to look at it ". This place is horrible!

Bad breaks on 2019 ford edge

A day after I bought my edge I noticed breaks squeal I told them and they said I would have to pay. I paid 33k for it. And they could not fix one of the breaks. The car is only one year old
