Was sold a fuel decarbonization service for my Jetta due to milage. This dealer did it incorrectly and ruined both my catalytic converters. They made a big show like they would actually fix the issue, but their fix was they found a shop to fix it for 800 dollars my cost, for something they broke. It would have cost them very little to fix the matter and retain a happy customer, but instead they ignored any requests of mine and eventually my lawyer to come to an amicable fix. I have never dealt with a dealership with such a lack of honor or integrity in my life. . Its like everyone that works there has the mental capacity of a five year old, and that's probably being nice. Avoid this dealer and the entire Walker family of dealerships or you may be the next person having to sue them to take care of their responsibilities. Trashy dealer with trashy employees.

Sadly No Longer a Great Dealership
e-mails weren't returned. I practically had to force them to sell me my Arteon; it truly seemed that they had zero interest in letting me test drive and the salesman was unable to answer most questions about the model. The financials for trading in our CC and financing were so laughably ridiculous that I kept the CC and payed cash for the Arteon. Seemed like a great idea until I found myself with TWO cars (one still under warranty) that require service from a service department that seems to have neither the interest nor the ability to handle that. They practically NEVER answer the phone. The "service guy" is always either "late", "out sick", or "at training" (that doesn't seem to be making him any better at fixing things.) Compound that problem with loss of Car-Net capability with a promised fix no where to be seen..... and I'm now looking at other car makes for the first time in 23 years. I'm sad that Walker and their other named entities have made our area a Volkswagen dead zone.

I had a terrible experience buying my brand new vehicle here. They lied about the vehicle I purchased. The staff is unprofessional & apparently cannot communicate with one another. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Dishonest Sales tactic
Shady experience while trying to purchase a vehicle. Avoid this dealership. Made a deal over email due to my schedule at work. Before finalizing, found out they lowered the cost by dropping the vehicle to "not certified status" so no warranty. This is not an honest way to run a business.

Horrible customer service
I have recently purchased a used Passat from the above mentioned car dealership. The car is a 2015 VW Passat. Paid in full. A gift for my 16 yo son that is about to get his license. My wife brought that car home on Saturday and when I inspected it I found a problem whe trunk that that doesn’t latch properly. My wife brought it back yesterday for it to be repaired and the dealership asked for an extra $ 475!! After I had just bought it 3 days ago! Apparently once you leave their lot, they’re done with you. No service, no returns, no customer satisfaction policy!. it’s not their problem anymore. Anyway, if you make the mistake and buy a car from them, make sure you get an expert to inspect it, cause they WILL trick you...

I have recently purchased a used Passat from the above mentioned car dealership. The car is a 2015 VW Passat. Paid in full. A gift for my 16 yo son that is about to get his license. Purchased a car from them, the car was promised up and down that it was perfect. Got it home a few days later and noticed it was making a lot of noises, took it into my mechanic and got a quote for almost the price I paid for the car in repairs with parts and labor. buyer beware
flew in from out of state to purchase a car. was given the run around from the entire staff. a bunch of young kids. their lunch was more important then helping me out. ignored my request to have the simplest things fixed on the car prior to the purchase, even an oil change. till this day they do not stand behind their vehicles. buyer beware. go somewhere else. do not waste your time or lose your money to these guys..my opinion

Worse experience ever.
Bought used car for daughter. 6 trips to get dents fixed, headliner cleaned, spare key as salesman promised! Had to hold title to trade-in as collateral to get this done! Never did detail car as promised. Service a joke. I will never use this company again and do not recomend it to anyone. Manager acted incredulous that we would hold salesman to word. Seriously? Avoid trouble and go elsewhere, anywhere.

Buy anywhere but Mandeville VW!!!
Horrible experience. Drove from Texas and paid cash for Passat on August 29th. Paper tag expired on Oct 9th. Just need 1 form faxed or emailed from these people to title car in Texas and it appears to be an impossible task for them to accomplish. They rarely answer the phone. If they somebody does answer I get transferred to new person that never answers and voice box always full. Even the manager's voicemail box full. I am now stuck with new car that I cannot not legally drive.

My overall experience was great they took the time and help undo damage that was done to our credit structure by another dealer to get us a great car and a even better interest rate. Above and Beyond Customer Service !
