Took my 2017 Trax in for no heat, was told it was turbo...

Took my 2017 Trax in for no heat, was told it was turbo cooling lines and wasnt covered by drivetrain warrenty. Called another dealership and was told lines arent covered but fittings were so im going there.

Great service

I am a used car manager for an Ohio dealership, we take all of our GM work to these guys, because they do a GREAT JOB. I also refer all of our G.M. customers to them for service. Ryan and his staff treat us great and keep me informed of the status of repairs, and they fix it right

Horrible

The most DISHONEST people I've ever dealt with. Drove my car for less than 20 miles and the wheel wants to fall off, lug nuts are loose, almost die in an accident on the highway. Brought it back to them twice and they say NOTHING is wrong with it. Now not only did they lie to me, they put dents on it, and when videos were posted on facebook #BaumannAutoGroup, of the wheel shaking horizontally back and forth, Matthew Messmer AKA the salesman, his facebook friends who are total strangers to us, put laughing emojis on the post. These people are a JOKE. Took it to a real mechanic shop and the diagnosis is: loose tie rods, front parking brake shoes fell off, front backing plate fell off. They made it obvious that they want nothing to do with fixing it and told us to take it somewhere else. If you care about yourself and family I would recommend you take yourself to a real dealership.

Expensive

I had my Buick here several times both times over 1000 to fix alternator went out near 1200 bucks recently while I have no issues with it not being fixed properly the large amount of money it cost I bought a different car to avoid it all together

Worst experience i have ever had with a certified dealer

I brought my truck in for a problem with it starting and check engine light on. of course they found the problem and also items I didn't know about. Only problem is, I didn't take it in because I had any problems with leaks. They put parts and when I got my truck back there was transmission fluid leaking every where and had gears slipping. They said it wasn't there fault and they just cleaned the lines. well whatever they did, if there was a leak they made it drastically worse and my transmission went out 2 weeks later. Ryan, the service manager claims no responsibility for anything, He told me lines were leaking but not bad enough for warranty company to replace. I was lied to on multiple occasions from here and now im out 3000 dollars because of a leak that wasn't pouring out fluid when it went in. My diagnostic fee the first time was 94.97 this time it was109.98. apparently they can change prices to whatever they feel like. I told them I didn't want them doing my lines because it was going to be 655 to replace them. Then I told them I would have some one else do them because other shops would do them for 450. He asked me who quoted me the 650 at bauman and I even had to explain to him that he quoted that as the repair cost on paper work. Then he calls me back an hour later and tells me he would do them for 450, 495 with the tax. They make there fees and prices whatever they want to. If they feel like ripping you off they will, but having a service manager ask me who quoted it and I had to tell him that it was he himself who quoted it I knew there was a problem. I do NOT recommend repairs done in tiffin. I took it and had it diagnosed in Findlay from la Riche before baumann touched it and they never saw any leaking at tranny lines.
