For years I’ve been receiving excellent service and care

For years I’ve been receiving excellent service and care for my vehicles. My recent purchase was to replace my car that was totaled in a recent accident. Tim Reidel found a replacement that was affordable and had low mileage in a short time

Jerry Keeley was great to deal with.

Jerry Keeley was great to deal with. No pressure, answered all questions and if he didn’t have the answer he would research it. He worked with me to find all available incentives for my truck purchase. And he’s a Bluesman which makes him even respectable in my book! Matt in finance was easy to work with and very personable. The whole experience at Baumann in Tiffin, OH was a positive one. It was quite worth the hour-Fifteen drive to get there. Go see them and tell Jerry I sent you! Dan B. Sylvania, OH

I am reviewing my services from the past few months.

I am reviewing my services from the past few months. I took my Buick Enclave to simply get a new battery. Shortly after getting a new battery installed I went to start my vehicle and it would not start. I took it back to Baumann and they replaced the engine control module. Baumann had my vehicle for several days and I never received follow-up information on it and had to call in to receive information to find out when it would be done. Then back to Baumann in March when lift gate kept opening on its own and info center and radio were not working. The lift gate switch was replaced ($489.05) and I was told it would cost $1,330 to replace the radio. I am frustrated all of this happened after a simple battery change. I don't know if I will every recommend a Buick vehicle or getting service done at Baumann. I also don't understand why a 2020 vehicle should have so many issues. I hope I was not getting taken for errors done in the Baumann shop.

I thought the Tahoe hadn’t been detailed it was that

I thought the Tahoe hadn’t been detailed it was that dirty. They then told me it was going to get detailed. I made them a offer they said no. So I’m still looking. I would probably try again if they had something I wanted.
