Radio/CD player didn't work during test drive.
The radio / CD player didn't work during the test drive. The salesman assured me it did work and all it needed was a code. I had the car shipped directly from the dealership to my home. I tried playing CDs or the radio the minute the car was unloaded. While it did turn on and play music, the display was defective. You could only see only half of the display. So you never knew what you were looking at, couldn't have adjust the radio, couldn't see to select bass and treble to adjust. With the help of my local Porsche dealership, I was able to find a replacement part on eBay. Essentially it was a plug-and-play unit for $250. I ordered it, paid for it, installed it myself when it arrived. It works perfectly now. Unfortunately the dealership decided that they weren't interested in paying for it. Even though they assured me the radio worked perfectly, it didn't. The air conditioner didn't work during my test drive and they did fix that before shipping the car. They also repaired the gear shift knob to my satisfaction which was also a condition of the sale. But the fact is that the radio didn't work on my test drive, and didn't work after it was delivered. I was assured it did work. But it didn't until I replaced the display. To "pass on replacing the display" was an error in judgement on the part of the dealership. You shouldn't tell customers that things work, and then decline to fix them after it's found out that they don't. As a side note, my car's rear bumper was damaged when it was unloaded off the trailer. The driver who delivered my car backed it into another car he had just unloaded. The driver paid the repair cost directly to the auto repair shop in advance. I was pleased with his honesty in taking responsibility for the accident.

Make you feel like part of the family
I don't usually do reviews but had such a good experience at Roadsport that I had to. We were looking for a used Yukon and found the exact car advertised online through Roadsport. I was very apprehensive as I have had a bad experience with a small dealership before and felt you could only trust the larger dealerships. We came to Roadsport to see the car and were greeted by Michelle. The customer service was immediately apparent as Michelle took an interest in our needs. The Yukon ended up being exactly what we were looking for and through two minutes of "negotiations" they offered us a price we could not refuse (Thousands less than comparable vehicles we'd shopped for, and I had looked a lot). Bernard was a pleasure to deal with and didn't give us the usual bs you get with car salesman. The finance guy (I'm blanking on his name) was also great and had the whole transaction done in 2 hours. The Yukon we bought had over 100k miles so we could not get a warranty. The owner, Clint, said if anything went wrong to give him a call and he would take care of it. After driving away in the Yukon the service tire monitor system light came on (Likely because they had replaced the tires prior to sale and the sensors went out). I called Clint and he said no problem, bring it back and we'll take care of it. I brought the Yukon back and while fixing the tire sensors he noticed the driver door handle was loose (I hadn't even noticed it). Clint ordered the door handle and replaced it along with all four tire sensors at no charge. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Roadsport. Every person that we have dealt with at this dealership has been there for years and treats customers amazing. They really make you feel like you are part of the family when you buy from them. We are already planning our next car purchase from Roadsport.

RoadSport Rocks!
I purchased a BMW 535i from Roadsport & it was the best car buying experience ever! Normally buying a used cars is a horrible experience. Clint proved that wrong. His knowledge in cars & customer service is beyond exceptional!! Anton in finance was wonderful too. Will never buy a car anywhere else!

Awful experience getting Registration and title
Bought the vehicle in march called in May for the registration said we should have it soon. DMV backlogged. Called again in July still no registration or title told it was on its way. Received a call on July 15th told registration was picked up on either the previous Fri or Monday of this week. That there DMV service made a special trip to pick it up. Like they were doing us a favor. Was mailed and we should have it in a day or two. Clint the owner called my wife spoke very rudely to her said that this had been explained several time and we were not understanding how it works. We have bought 3 vehicles 1 used and 1 new and it never took this long.

Sold me a wrecked vehicle without my knowledge
Sold me a vehicle with out my knowledge. Had me sign an old CarFax report (3 months old) when I purchased. Stating the vehicle had never been wrecked. In fact it had front end collision damage and left front collision damage. Had they ran and showed us a current CarFax report, I would not have bought the vehicle. I believe they had us sign an old CarFax report on purpose, because they new the vehicle was previously wrecked. I would never trust them again.

Nightmare dealing with Roadsport
Bernard is a friendly guy, but that's about it. Not sure where these positive ratings come from. The ratings here were the reason I went there in the first place. My experience with this outfit has been exceptionally bad. Here are the facts: - Put my car up for sale under a consignment agreement with Roadsport 18 months ago. I thought the initial price was set too high, but "they know the market". Every other month I've asked them to drop the price and adjusted my agreed upon sale value to them so they could make enough margin. Always took multiple emails to make that happen. Result, the car hasn't sold after 1.5 years with them. In this period, the car has lost at least $5,000 in value. - I decided to pick it up because they are inept at selling. When I got the car back last week, it had done 4 test drives for 40 miles. The car was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed an issue. Took it to a mechanic and the clutch is destroyed. Not only are they not able to sell, they also don't take care of your property. The result is a $3,500 repair. Bottom line, if you want someone to sell a car for you or you want to make sure you get the car back that you left behind, don't go there.
