Great Customer Service - as usual
Tina was the service tech assigned to my appointment. She is great! She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and explains everything in great detail, while having a friendly demeanor. My last appointment was simply another good experience in a long string of them at this Larry Miller dealership. I have been servicing my Jeeps here for about 6 years now.

2014 Jeep repair
Was away from home when had mechanical failure. Service writer, technician and manager all stepped up and wen’t above and beyond to resolve issues. This is a great and very professional group. 5 stars and sincere appreciation.

Greg was amazing
Had radio issues with my Ram. Once Chrysler shipped the replacement radio, Greg was fantastic and got me right in to have it installed. Thanks also to Kym in Chrysler customer service for expediting the radio!

Professional Service
Greg, my service advisor is not only professional, he’s a straight forward guy. He kept me informed, gave me options and communicated updates regularly. My GC was in for emissions recall repairs and I felt like I was as important then as when I’m buying a car. Highly recommended.

I was not happy with the work that was done
When you take the vehicle in it should come out with nothing wrong with it I have no park sense on my vehicle I have to take it back to get the work done
