I have tried over and over again over the last few weeks to talk with the management at the dealership to help me with a problem they created, but no one... will take responsibility or call me back. Even the general manager Pete refuses to even acknowledge my calls. Between when I test drove my vehicle and signed the paperwork to purchase it, the dealership swapped out the wheels and tires as the previous owner wanted the ones on the vehicle back. The dealership did notify me of this and promised that the new wheels and tires would be to my satisfaction. They did look good, but they failed to install the correct pressure sensors, so the vehicle cannot recognize the tire pressure like it should. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until the day after I picked up the truck. I have spoken to the service department, sales, and management but no one will help me. My tire shop said they can help me get the correct sensors installed for about $250 and about an hour of my time. I'm surprised a dealership would be willing to lose future sales from me and my potential referrals from family/friends over such a small fix, but I guess they value short term gains over long term relationships. It's been a pretty sad experience.
I went in ready to buy a car. Wanted to make purchase that night. I made an appointment with a sales representative who had agreed to have all of the information... ready. The car I wanted to buy was sold the previous day (the day I had offered to go in when I talked to him on the phone, but was told he was too busy and to come in the next day instead). When I arrived, nothing was ready. Took them a while to even figure out the car I had enquired about had actually sold. After inquiring about a similar car, they couldn't keep any of their numbers straight and kept making mistakes on all of the offers and paperwork, etc. Had to go back over and over to correct very easy, simple, blatant mistakes from what we had discussed. Felt screwed around and like there wasn't any honestly or transparency into anything they were doing. Was the worst customer experience I have ever had by a long shot at any car dealership. Unprofessional, incompetent, with no respect for my time. Will never return. Had previously had my current vehicle serviced there - and will never return even for that. Again - I was ready to buy a car and follow up on an advertised offer and the entire experience was a nightmare. My checkbook was out and ready to transact, but they couldn't get the simple and easy stuff right. The sale associate had mentioned 4 of their reps had left earlier that week, so I imagine they were under significantly understaffed. Something with the management and oversight clearly isn't right or on par with what one would expect from any car dealership, let alone a LHM car dealership. So disappointing and frustrating.

This place is awesome, The car rep named Gabrielle got me a sweet deal on a new ride and a fair price (for both Parties). Was up front, honest, didn't... seem shady at all and explained everything to me so throughly that I had no trouble with getting what I needed. Extremely polite, courteous and knowledgable. He sets the example for what car reps are suppose to be like. I enjoyed my time there picking out what I needed for hopefulyl many years to come. I'm going to refer as many people as I can to Gabrielle so they have the same feeling that I had when I was referred to him by my friends.

My appt was on a Thursday but I ended up being able to come on Wednesday. Called to let them know. As I was heading there I got a call letting me know... the vehicle went to auction earlier that day so I never went. The following day I was told they were going to try and get it back for me but never heard anything back. Won't recommend because I really didn't get to experience their service other than via phone

The repairs were made in the time frame that I needed. Additional items to repair were identified and I was notified to see if I wanted those repaired... while my vehicle was already in the shop.

After 30+ years of marriage buying vehicles for business, myself, spouse and children, I would say that this experience purchasing a 2007 Honda Ridgeline... was the best I've ever experienced. Our sales rep, Alvin Utai, was incredibly friendly and personable. The other staff were also pleasant and courteous. From start to finish took three hours. We were fed lunch, test drove the vehicle, completed financing, got one more whack at detailing the truck (just because they offered) and were out the door. We drove from Idaho Falls to see the vehicle and I don't think we would have found a better deal or been treated better by anyone else along the way. Kudos to you Alvin and all the rest. We'll be back!
