We've leased 2 cars and bought 1 car from this dealership. The very last time we visited we were promised no additional charge for the trade in, yet we... received a bill a few months later after we found out what this was about we paid it off. However, I just found out that my credit score took a huge points drop, from close to 800-650 because they reported me as if I missed all of my payments. This is ridiculous and unethical for a business to do to it's long-time customer!

I took my old 2008 Mercedes in for repairs a few times to this dealership over the last 10 years. Each time they’ve charged me an arm and a leg and not... solved the problems with the car. First time I took the car in, I had issues with a light coming needlessly. It ended up costing me over $800 and the problem was fixed temporarily and then recurred. This happened with different issues over and over again. I pay a bunch of money and they can only fix part of the problem, if at all. I don’t know if other they just don’t know how to fix older Mercedes models or just don’t care. In any case, I am nervous about taking my car back there for any problems at this point.

On October 8, 2019, I posted the following review: I was defrauded by the dealership when purchasing my vehicle. I purchased a slightly used car from the... dealer last month for over $50k. Before making the purchase, I confirmed that the car had both keys and all paperwork, and was told affirmatively that it did. After all the paperwork was signed and sale completed, and the car was being delivered to me after detail, I'm told that the dealer can't find the second key and manual. I was told that those would be sent to me shortly after they are found, or if they can't be found, I'd be sent a replacement. I have now been strung along for over a month and the manager is reneging on sending me the key or the manual. I am very disappointed, and expected much more from a Penske dealership and an MB dealership. After posting, someone named Chris Fenton from the dealer posted a form reply about how the dealership takes their customer feedback seriously and provided his email address for me to contact him. I reached out Chris Fenton on multiple occasions after he responded to my review, but he has failed to reply back at all. My original salesperson did reach out to me again. He stated that he finally received approval for me to purchase the missing key and manual and that I would be reimbursed. At their direction, I purchased the key and manual for around $650 and sent them the invoices from the dealer for reimbursement. I was told on October 23, 2019 that the invoices were sent for check cutting and that I would be receiving reimbursement. I still have not received the check after four months. I've followed up numerous times about the check and they have completely ignored me.

I bought my first Mercedes recently at the Kearny Mesa dealership and had a great experience. Randy Johnson was the sales rep that helped me find the... right car at the right price. He's knowledgeable about the cars and has a lot of experience behind him - very professional throughout. Looking forward to working with him again in 3 years when my lease is up.
I wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5. The sales rep and staff were so kind and professional. We were kind of tough customer, but the sales rep, Dan... Casey, handled the business very well that we were so satisfied with purchasing a new vehicle. I’ve been shopping around many different vendors, and MB San Diego is the best dealer in my opinion. I cannot thank enough for the kindness and professionalism from the sales rep and staffs. The sales rep even baby sitting our precious daughter throughout the purchasing process. Just to short cap on the MB San Diego, the facility is very clean and organized, staffs are very helpful and nice, lastly the sales rep was so genuine to the customer. Once again, I will give 10 starts to the MB San Diego!!!
