Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring

This time David Pickard was my service writer (so at this point I have now worked with all of the service writers). This experience was once again simply phenomenal! I don't know who does the hiring there - but, they seriously deserve congratulations and probably a raise! I have NEVER had a bad experience there, and it really doesn't matter whether I'm working with the Service department or the Sales Department. I have never met such an amazing group of people! EVERYONE I have ever dealt with there is always pleasant, smiling, friendly, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and SINCERELY concerned that I feel like I am being taken care of! I know I can ask anyone there any question and they will get me an answer... I had a question on my navigation, I stopped in unannounced to find my regular sales guy was off. Jim (another sales guy) just jumped in and helped me - he spent over an hour with me, knowing there was nothing it in for him!! And, I believe everyone there would do the same thing! I will NEVER go anywhere else! If you took the time to read this review, could you do me a favor? When you go there to buy your next vehicle - PLEASE ASK FOR JIM - I feel like I owe him (but it will be 5-6 years before I need another vehicle)... PLUS, I will guarantee you will have an amazing experience with him!!

Great experience! Did not feel like I was being sold and they really listened to my needs.

I worked with Doug Wurm on the purchase of a new Tahoe. He found one at another dealership and worked through the process of getting it to their dealership. We got a good trade in value and we got a good deal on the new Tahoe. There were no gimmicks or hidden costs. I will do business with the dealership again.

Schweiters Chev is great place to buy a car or truck prices can't be beat and the service department is second to none, they will take care of you no matter what the problem is, you get treated like family there.
