I was in a car accident and needed to replace my 2010 GMC Acadia quickly. Car shopping for used cars has changed a lot since the last time I bought a used car. I always buy new because I hate the unknown that comes with used cars. Working with Josh at Ageless auto I immediately felt like I was working with the "boy next door". He seemed almost too good to be true at first but within a short period we figured out he was genuine. We we to Ageless to check out two Acadias they had and they were both in doors, snow wiped off of them and freshly cleaned. The presentation was awesome. They left us alone and let us look and compare and just process and think. We test drove and still needed a day to sleep on it. Never feeling pressure. Communicated via email and phone. I got a fair price and I never felt like I got taken for a ride...Ageless Auto is a small car dealership but what they lack in inventory compared to the huge dealers...they make up for in customer service and quality pre-owned vehicles. I love my new/used 2012 GMC Acadia!!!

Found a 2007 Silverado with 50,000 miles. Nels was quick to respond to my messages. They wouldn't budge on the price but still felt like we came away with a good truck at a fair price. Drove great back to Wisconsin.

We pulled up to Ageless Autos and the car we were interested in, a 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ was in the garage being washed. The two guys washing the car were friendly, welcoming and professional. Within minutes we test drove the car and ended up buying it. We dealt with Josh, who was NOT obnoxious in the least. He was down to earth, honest, friendly and polite. He never tried to push the sale on us or pressure us in any way. Very nice to deal with. The car buying process couldn't have been any easier. He took care of everything. We feel like we got a great deal on the car. The next day we noticed a minor problem with the car. But Josh had be bring it in and he took care of everything while giving me a nice loaner vehicle to use in the meantime. He was perfect at communicating back with me to keep me updated the whole time. It really could not have been better. This was my first experience with Ageless and I plan to come back for my next vehicle.

My Dodge Journey had a fuel gauge that was stuck at 1/4 of a tank. The dealer had know way of knowing about it as they continually added a little gas here and there and it always read about 1/4 of a tank. When I let Josh know that it wasn't working after I had purchased the car, he immediately had me bring it back for repair. I was given a loner car when it was determined it would take a couple days. These guys stood behind their product 100%, had it fixed, and covered the cost. I would buy a car from them again in a heartbeat. This was a freak thing that they could have said "too bad" to but they took care of it anyway.

We were looking for a 2010 Town and Country with about 50,000 miles. Found it online at Ageless Autos. Nels was very helpful in getting us all the information that we wanted about the car. We were very satisfied in buying through Ageless Autos.

Josh at Ageless Autos was very straightforward with me throughout the entire process. He was clear and concise. Never made us feel pressured or obligated whatsoever. I appreciate the honest and integrity that was shown throughout what is a difficult buying process. We were able to drive our car home within three hours of the deal. After an exhausting 6 month search, I found a vehicle that I was very interested in looking at. I called Nels and set up an appointment for Monday morning. When I arrived, the car was presented in front of the show room. It was clean, had fuel and was ready to drive. Nels told me right up front that the vehicle had been a smokers car and maybe I wouldn't be interested because of that. The car had no discernible odor and then was very impressed with the price. The entire purchase process was painless. Within an hour, I owned a "new" used vehicle. There was a dilemma about getting the car back to Grand Rapids. Nels volunteered his brother in law and we made the trip back. I have to say, this was the least major purchase that I have ever made. If the need arises. Purchased a 2011 Town and Country from Ageless. It was a very pleasant buying experience. Much nicer than negotiating with a major dealership.
