I received a recall notice on my 2019 Jeep so called to make an appointment. First I was told that there was no recall for my vehicle then when I told... the female on the phone that I was holding the Recall Notice in my hand and read the Recall number to her. Finally she found the recall and made an appointment for me. The notice said that it would take about 4 hours to do the repair so I had to have a relative follow me to the dealership. We live in Cumming so it is over 20 miles one way. I arrived a few minutes early for my 1 o clock appointment and was told after checking in that they could not do the repair today because they did not have the parts. This is the second problem I have had with this dealership due to their lack of organization.
Don't waste your time here. I responded to an add on their website for a truck at a great price and called to verify the truck was there. Upon arrival... I was told that they couldn't honor that price (instead the car was about $9000 higher) because that wasn't their "real" website (even though it was shottenkirk canton, and it was the one I used to contact them, get an online quote, and get a call back from a salesman). I explained to the salesman that that was my price for a truck, and he got permission from a manager to show me two additional trucks that stickered MUCH higher than my price. I repeatedly asked if he could sell those trucks for my price and was reassured yes. Much, much later I find out those were more than $10,000 out of my range (mind you there was lots of back and forth with the manager, working to get me a deal...). Hours later they find a truck on another lot to my specs and in my price range. I filled out paperwork and put down a deposit. The next day I requested a copy of the sticker...and found that the truck had a leather bench seat instead of bucket seats, as I had asked for and ALL of the trucks we looked at also had bucket seats. I had even inquired about the seats prior to the deal bc the verbage on sticker he showed me didn't make sense. They promised to find another truck (supposedly there were three that would have worked). After more than a 24 hours of them "working" on it, I never heard back. I found a truck elsewhere and asked the saleman abt deposit. He said it would be returned, no details. I called the finance department (voicemail), and finally reached a real person in the office. She was going to walk over and have a finance person call me. One day later, still no contact. Be warned, f you call and get transferred to voicemail and decide to call back for another contact, they WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALL, unless you call back on another number. This happened to me two times. And their pricing includes about $299 for window tinting and a service plan that is REQUIRED (maybe $500 or so but I can't recall). These guys are shady and a big waste of time. And this is just the prepurchase experience.
Our experience was great!!! Hands down Cody totally earned the name "Hitman". We knew what we wanted, called ahead, you had it. We arrived, drove it... and the rest is history. Never been in and out of dealership that quick. Loved being able to reserve vehicle that I wanted. Thank you...Shottenkirk!!!
Made a appt a week early, went to drop off car and they didn't have the parts, and didn't even call to let me know.

No we didnt get what we wanted, but we were given goals and timelines to meet those goals, because' they work for you" and are trying to build a relationship... not a bankroll. We love this dealership. They have our best interest first and foremost. you just have to go in with an open mind not a strong opinion. Especially if your credit is not so Kosher. There is always a solution never a problem.
Called to confirm vehicle was available before we left to drive an hour. Got there and it wasn’t. This place is dishonest! Stay away! Don’t even waste... your time here! Bait and switch sales tactics!

Please, PLEASE....Save yourself the HASSLE and DIFFICULTY of doing business here. Took my 2018 RAM for basic services and everything turned into a DISASTER.... The Service Manager told us they would "refund the money we paid, because no one should have to go through what we went through"....but of course, They DID NOT refund a single penny. Could go into detail about what happened, but it's too ridiculous to believe, Just STAY AWAY. Do the service yourself or get a Gas Station. The GM of the dealership said his maintenance techs are not Chrysler Certified and he didn't see the need!! Enough said on that.....it's an $80k vehicle.
I do not recommend this dealership. In 2014 I bought 2 brand new vehicles from them and both times they were able to offer me an awesome deal and the salesmen... were all sweet and honest. I went in earlier this week to trade in the vehicle I had bought from them in 2014 and it was nothing like my first experience. The salesmen (especially managers) are pushy and will not budge on the price of the vehicles they are trying to sell. Alsused to send everyone I know looking for a car to this dealership... I will not be sending anyone else back here and I will not be returning myself. I do not recommend this dealership.
