Do NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

Do NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They are NOT for the people! Less then a month ago bought a 2019 Ram Promaster 2500 Cargo Van, it has been leaking oil profusely, I call to set up service. Can’t drive this vehicle in, told to call the warranty company for towing that they would cover the first $100, well WRONG! It doesn’t have any towing or rental on our so called warranty/service plan. Good thing we paid an extra $5000 even though we were told that this was “included “ with our purchase. We haven’t got the license plate yet (paper one has been expired) the salesman called off the next day when we went to pick up the van. No one went through the paperwork with us, or even prepared the vehicle for us to take. Keep getting a “ run-a-round” trying to get a remedy. *CAUTION* buyer beware! So here sits a 2019 cargo van that is costing us over $26,000 on a van we were quoted the price between $15,000-$16,000 when we inquired on the price probably to NEVER BE DROVE AGAIN. I am very saddened by the unconcern of Michael’s. Keep in mind this is also our only vehicle. Guess we got a “lawn ornament”

BEWARE!

BEWARE! They sell vehicles that are not safe to be driven. They know they are not safe and so they have their employees sell them in a location other than their dealership. Then they do a title transfer into employee name so it looks like it isn't coming from Michael's Car Center. However the title is originally in Michaels Car Center name before the employee switches over the title as if the employee purchased it. But he only does this if he has a buyer. Pretty Shady Business.

They touch up paint on there cars and wheels.

They touch up paint on there cars and wheels. Bought two cars from them in the last few years and both of them had paint touch up on them one on hood and the other one on the wheels. They are very crooked don't buy anything from them. You will get ripped off. Had to pay 500 dollars to get hood painted after paying them 40000 for the vehicle. Now it looks like I will have to do the same on the vehicle I just bought from them. They are lier's!!!

10 point inspection was never done on my Jeep Gran

I had bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee overlander and I was told that. It was $6,000 and I ended up paying 12,000 plus dollars and a week later water pump went out. They told me they would not replace it out of their pocket. So with my insurance I had on the motor I still had to pay $200 and then less than a month later the rear differential seal is starting to go. They did not tell me about that and the tires. They said they would replace all four and they only replaced one and it has a slight knock in the engine now that started 2 weeks after I bought it and I took it in for a oil change. They claimed they did and it was like chocolate milk running out of the motor. It was really bad but they did reimburse me for the oil change and the air filter was blacker than my cell phone and they also reimburse me for the air filter but not the cabin filter because they never changed that either 10 point inspection. They claim they've donewas never dun at all And the sales man that told me that vehicle said last owner put over $7,000 worth of work/parts and they could not show me proof They never did apparently If all this stuff is wrong with it, I am very disappointed in the purchase of this vehicle and will never ever send any one to them nor will I buy any thing elts from them again and also they have really poor customer service in the repair shop she was very rude and very unfriendly

Great service in Port Huron

Purchase a truck in November. Got the deal of a lifetime. Truck was 5k below market and I still loved the truck. It was services it is warranted and I'm happy that Rick (salesperson)and Michael (Owner) did a great job. I will definitely butt from there again. This place in Port Huron makes buying a car a blessing.

I heard of Michael’s from a good friend that recently moved to Wisconsin from Michigan. Prior to moving my friend was in need of a good reliable vehicle quickly. She was pleasantly surprised how easy the process was and how polite and professional her sales representative Michael Bogotty treated her. Just a few weeks ago my vehicle broke down and after viewing the inventory online and speaking via phone with Mr. Bogotty regarding a vehicle I liked, I thought it was worth the trip to travel from Wisconsin to Michigan to seal the deal! It was well worth it, like my friend Mr. Bogotty took great care of me and had my vehicle ready to go for me. I am now the happy owner of a beautiful Chevy Impala. Thank you Mr. Bogotty for going out of your way to fit me in to your busy schedule!

Over commit / under deliver

Been trying to finalize a deal that was agree to and shook on. After 4 weeks of promising the deal will be finalized I am still without a deal. Daily calls go un-returned and sales representative never answers the phone during the day. Horrible customer service.

From start to finish from the time my vehicle was in service to the time of purchasing our nicer newer vehicle the service here was extraordinary. From the service manager Pete to the salesman Chris the service brought forth by the dealership left me very happy and made a horrible situation a smile.
