We were very pleased and comfortable at this dealership. No pushy salesmen. Understanding, worked with us well, patient, and honest with us. We look... forward to work with them again in the future.
Everyone at integrity auto group is great and I would buy another car from them in the future. Brandon, Steve and Scott we're very nice and helpful.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I went in looking for a used car and was relieved to find such a low-pressure environment. It... felt like I had the space to actually think for myself and take time to make the right decision. Any questions I had were answered fully and honestly, so I never struggled to get the information I needed. I went in apprehensive but drove away in a new car feeling confident I had done the right thing. Thanks go to Steve and Brandon. I appreciate you guys.
They were awesome! They were quick and very helpful with all of the questions we had. I will always recommend to anyone shopping. Thank you for the truck!
The dealership cares about the sale, and will do anything to get it. They have great quality cars, but will try to rush you into a selection for the sale.... I have brought my last 2 cars from there, and I have mixed feelings. I told them the car I wanted, I couldn’t get approved because something had popped on my credit score from 3 years ago. I paid it, and told them I wanted to wait so I could get the car I wanted. They kept trying to push me into a car I didn’t want, but I tried to take it as them trying to help. 2 weeks later my score went back up, and I found a credit union that would approve me for the amount of the car I wanted. I called the dealership earlier that day and told them that I was going to be coming to get the car today and I just needed the final numbers. By around 2 we were all in the phone with the bank trying to finalize everything. When I get to the dealership maybe an hour later to sign my papers, a man is driving off with the car and they told me he was going to clean it up for me. I’m not sure what he did but he was back shortly. It took us an hour and a half to get everything ready. When I get into the car it had not been cleaned on the inside, there was literally a white layer of dirt on the windshield that I could wipe with my hand. They did not fill the car with gas, I just spent over $13,500(not including extra insurance and gap through them) and they didn’t even value my business enough to present the car clean full and ready. I’ve never heard of buying a car and the dealership not filling it up first. (This happened with the previous care also. But my dealer at the time apologized and sent me a check in the mail to put gas in my car.) On top of all that the mileage that we had just signed on had not been updated, so we signed the car at having a little over 34000 miles when it really had 35000, from people test driving it. I emailed them about how I did enjoy their service, but I was disappointed in some things. I received no reply, when just a week ago they were emailing me back within minutes. So my only conclusion is that, they only care to get your money and once they have it they aren’t concerned.
Terrible experience. I just bought a 2011 Hyundai Sante Fe. After I purchased the vehicle, I noticed the front bumper was being held up by two zip ties.... In order for the zip ties to attach to the bumper, there were two small xxxxx screwed into the quarter panel. When I addressed this with the salesman, he said he’d “see what he could do” and would get back to me. Only after I pressed the issue, talked about a refund and explained to them they sold me an unsafe vehicle without telling me about it they agreed to fix the bumper which they did. The salesman also told me the quart panel would be replaced but was just patched up. At the same time, I noticed my factory stereo had a short in it and would cut out. I was told by Integrity to take the stereo to Precision Audio to have it fixed. When Integrity was told the stereo was fried by Precision Audio and needed to be replaced, they backtracked and said they’ve already spent too much money on the bumper and “might” be able to pay half for the stereo. I finally gave up and paid for the stereo as Precision Audio was also led to believe the stereo would be paid for and had already installed it in my vehicle. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from them again and would encourage buyers to go elsewhere!
Bought a used Explorer SportTrac. Finance folks helped get through the hoops of trading in a leased Ford vehicle. Not easy, but got it done with their... help. After the sale, there was a minor transmission fluid leak issue. When I called Integrity back they gave me the number of their repair folks and the issue was immediately resolved at no cost to me. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone and I will definitely give them a call when I'm shopping for my next car.
Most efficient, friendly, caring, kind, understanding sales staff we've ever encountered! Especially Steve who recently helped us purchase a car! Steve... drove the car we were trading in, made the offer, checked with Pat, done deal. Signed maybe 8-10 papers, the finance guy was also very helpful! From start to finish the purchase took 1 1/2 hours! Best car buying experience we've ever had. Thank you guys
Sent: 3/31/2017 9:37:00 PM To: "Steve Ball" Subject: RE:Your Vehicle Request I purchased a van from Subaru after you didn't have the van available for... me to look at after we drove 3 hours and the other vehicle we were interested in was low on coolant and high on oil. And the Tahoe we looked at had rust......so definitely remove me from your list. Thanks His reply: No problem, I was able to get the van you drove over for, but that wasn't good enough for you. The vehicle was not low on coolant nor a problem with the oil, it just had an oil change and all the fluids topped off. Some people just look for problems which is easy to do on any used car. Even New cars have issues that's why they come with a warranty. I don't believe you had any intention of buying the Dodge in the first place or you would have waited until it got back. Thanks for shopping with us, have a great weekend. Steve **I HAD EVERY INTENTION OF BUYING THAT VANIGHT IT HAD EVERYTHING I WANTED I SEARCHED FOR WEEKS AND THIS WAS THE FIRST ONE I WANTED TO GO SEE. SO WE DROVE 3 HOURS TO LOOK AT IT. THE VAN WASN'T AVAILABLE BECAUSE THEY HAD IT LEASED OUT AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE READY TO LOOK AT. SO THEN I START LOOKING AT THE DURANGO AND MY HUSBAND POPPED THE HOOD. HE IS A RADIATOR SPECIALIST AND HE SAID IT WAS LOW ON COOLANT AND HAD WAY TOO MUCH OIL. SO AFTER THAT WE LOOKED AT A TAHOE FULL OF RUST UNDERNEATH. SO MY HUSBAND WENT IN TO TELL THEM TO JUST GIVE US A CALL OF THE VAN MAKES IT BACK AND HE HEARD HIM ON THE PHONE SAYING THE REAR AIR DIDN'T WORK AFTER THAT I TOLD MY HUSBAND LET'S JUST GO AND THE SALESMAN STEVE PROCEEDED TO YELL AT MY HUSBAND WHEN MY HUSBAND BROUGHT UP ALL THE THINGS THAT WE BAD FOUND WRONG. THEN HE TREATS ME LIKE THAT OVER A EMAIL! THAT'S REAL GREAT INTEGRITY. ALSO I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A BAD REVIEW IN MY LIFE IT TAKES A LOT TO GET ME UPSET BUT THIS WAS JUST RIDICILOUS!!
Great service. Scott and the rest of the staff were very helpful.
