Is it possible to give negative 5 stars?

Is it possible to give negative 5 stars? Ali makes the "used car salesman" stereotype look like Jesus, lies, doesn't communicate, never calls back, I can write forever about all the negative in this person and the professionalism of this dealership. They have had my deposit for 2 years and cannot give me any idea on when I will get my vehicle. Unless you are into being lied to or better, not communicated to at all I would steer away from this place.

Worst dealership around.

Worst dealership around. The response is void, they don’t list car prices and are hucksters. Shady practices. Was not a fan, even had eyes on the ground in Chicago and it didn’t go well. Zero stars if I could- Poorish

Liars and lowlifes.

Liars and lowlifes.... ordered 2 cars - once they came in they sold to someone else - DO NOT TRUST THEM! Buy your cars from Kerbeck - I never should have left them my fault - Joe Abbas + Ali - the two worst in the business

After deciding on the Urus to be the right choice for my

After deciding on the Urus to be the right choice for my first dip into the supercar world, I went on over to Lamborghini Gold Cost with my wife and parents to look at their inventory. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with a warm welcome. After discussing what I would be interested in, Ali and Joe guided me through the entire process of building out and purchasing my Urus. Any time I had a question pop up over the months while I waited to take delivery it would only take a simple text or phone call to Ali, and it would be answered immediately. The level of care throughout the process was not only exceptional but more importantly it was genuine. At the end of the day, we have an amazing new car, and with the experience we got from start to finish, it felt like we bought it from family.

Great customer service

I contacted the dealership for a Flying Spur that I was Interested in. The sales manager, Saleem Beg contacted me promptly to send my all the information on the vehicle. He was very professional and helped out a lot in getting numbers to me in minutes. I couldn't come to the city to do a test drive, Saleem offered that someone can bring the car to my home which was a very generous offer. I went with another car but was really impressed with Saleem, definitely would recommend this dealership and will go to them in the future.

The service manager was very helpful. I dropped off at 10 am and my Lamborghini was ready for pick up 3 pm the same day.

Painful

Took my Urus in for service to Downtown Service Dept...and it was an absolutely horrible experience. They could learn about customer service from their Downer's Grove Service Department.

If you are an African American Women don’t go to the dealership they tell you they will sell you the car and run your credit to say the deal is good and then change there mind they are liers except Tom in service he is up front and have good customer services skills.

Do not go there

Saw a car online that we wanted to pursue. Called the dealership to check availability and they said it was available. We made an appointment to go the next day to see the car knowing we were coming from out of town. On our way to the dealership we called to reconfirm our appointment and the salesman told us that they needed an hour to get the car ready for us. We gave them the hour and more and went to the dealership to test drive. The car was not there. They said there was a mixup with the keys and asked us to come back in an hour. We did and their car was still not there. We talked to several different people while waiting and they all knew the car we were coming to see. After lots of waiting around and six hours of our time wasted, they told us the car was actually there but it was sold!! We believe a salesperson Had been driving the car and did not want to give it up. They sell very expensive cars here and we’re very arrogant. Not much of an apology for wasting our day and letting us drive over 2 hours each way for nothing. Would not trust this dealership for anything. Several sales people walking around swearing and yelling into there cell phones. Obviously no one in charge. Very disappointing

THE LUXURY EXPERIENCE

I made an appointment on line. When I arrived they had a loaner full of gas waiting for me. Then when I picked up my Bentley it looked brand new again. That is what I call "THE LUXURY EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!"
