  • ENGINE LIGHT IS ON STEADY

    I bought my Bentley at another dealership closer to my home. I was driving in downtown Chicago and my engine light is on steady. I called my selling B...entley dealership and they stated they are booked until tomorrow. I called Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to Tom. He had me bring in my Bentley right away. The technician hooked up his computer as soon as I pulled in and found a loose gas cap. Mean while Tom checked my service history and found I was past due on my 1 year service and 4 open campaigns. He put me in a brand new BMW loaner and stated your Bentley will be completed tomorrow. When I arrived to pick up my Bentley I was surprised to find it was fully detailed. Thank You Dr. Bob

    This Service Department listened to my concerns. The service manager took me on a road test to show me how the features function on my Bentley. He s...howed me features that my selling dealership never showed me. I left my Bentley there serviced my Bentley. They gave my a brand new Maserati to drive for a loaner vehicle. My Bentley was completed and fully detailed. That is what I call " Great Bentley Service"

  • I'll take my business elsewhere

    I never received contact from the dealership from my Cars.com request. I waited more 24 hours for a response and still nothing. No email, no phone ca...ll. I decided to call the dealership directly and spoke with a receptionist to ask about the request and get a salesperson on the phone. She stated she has no idea how the Cars.com requests work and she doesn't know who to talk with about it. I requested to speak with a salesperson and she indicated they were all busy and someone would call back. It's been over a week later and still no call. Needles to say I'll take my business elsewhere.
