    Rudest sales people I've ever dealt with, who know very little about the cars they are selling. Ask more than one question and you notice their level... of annoyance goes up. Sorry morons, but I'm going to ask questions before forking over nearly $200k.

    I bought my Bentley at another dealership closer to my home. I was driving in downtown Chicago and my engine light is on steady. I called my selling Bentley... dealership and they stated they are booked until tomorrow. I called Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to Tom. He had me bring in my Bentley right away. The technician hooked up his computer as soon as I pulled in and found a loose gas cap. Mean while Tom checked my service history and found I was past due on my 1 year service and 4 open campaigns. He put me in a brand new BMW loaner and stated your Bentley will be completed tomorrow. When I arrived to pick up my Bentley I was surprised to find it was fully detailed. Thank You Dr. Bob

    Bought a brand new 2017 Bentayga from here. I did the deal completely over the phone as I’m from Utah. My sales guy was Roland. I received the car... with a oil change and service due from the first start up. Roland claimed it just needed to be cleared. This is a lie. I called about 5 times to Roland regarding questions and issues with the car within a week of delivery. Roland knew nothing about the car and couldn’t walk me through anything I asked about operating the car. Additionally I’ve had several issues with the car and Roland will state he will check with his service guys and call me right back. To date I’ve never been called back one out of the 5 times I’ve called about different issues. This place is clearly a disaster and I made a huge mistake giving them my business.

    Very rude and arrogant salesperson. I went to purchase a z06 corvette and I was treated like a customer at Walmart I just took my business somewhere else.... I don’t recommend buying a car from this dealer bad customer service

    Found car online, listed as under $59K. Emailed for information. No response so I called a second time. Got energetic, young and professional salesperson.... Car price was unfortunately very high for a 2007 at $79K. Too bad as car sounded very nice but with price equal to 2010 DB9's and in 2012 Virage territory.

    They don’t put price on cars which is a warning to beware. Chicago must have so many buyers they need not answer their mail. Never liked Chicago... anyway and lived in Illinois and hated every moment I was there.

    This Service Department listened to my concerns. The service manager took me on a road test to show me how the features function on my Bentley. He showed... me features that my selling dealership never showed me. I left my Bentley there serviced my Bentley. They gave my a brand new Maserati to drive for a loaner vehicle. My Bentley was completed and fully detailed. That is what I call " Great Bentley Service"
