Would have gave 0... Contacted the dealer regarding a car, one of the worst experiences ever. Don't let this be you! Website listed a 2020 altima sl with... 10,232 miles, checked the photos on the car show it's a managers special with 16,000, so I made an offer through email and explained it's got 60 percent more miles. First email ignored both the mileage and the offer and they want me to come in to find a "car"? My reply that tells me everything I need to know at that point. They reply again you should come in and test drive car before we settle on a price. My reply I've already test drove at my local dealer don't need to do and I'm not gonna drive 3 hrs for nothing if you can't make this work. Then I get from dealer we can't negotiate over email or phone. Typical car salesman, don't be sucked in, no wonder carvana and other online sites are more and more popular with this attitude, when you can get the same cars everywhere and your shooting for a little bit of a deal and they won't even basically talk to you, be aware of that, they try to get you in with these tactics and no matter what they tell you they can negotiate online, then they try to use bullying tactics so you'll make a rash decision. Other dealers I talked to at least told me yes or no and gave me rough numbers for what they could do, this dealer didn't. Never go with a dealer who won't email in writing or give you at least some indication they're willing to work with you through emails. This never has to be face to face and in case your like me and you like time to think take your time, please don't fall for these tactics that seem to be being phased out with other companies finally, there's no reason for anyone to tell you this in today's electronic age.
Only pro Jay was an amazing dealer tho and great to work with , he deserves better than this horrible place . I don’t even know where to start with this... eco. Not only did I find out no one was communicating with me after I bought my car, I found out that everyone got fired for stealing through my finance company. They never ever reached out after my purchase and told me what happened. Changed my finance company without giving me proper detail. Suddenly I walk outside my car was repod. Horrible experience. They do not communicate or return any texts or calls. When they text you I reply and hear nothing back. They tell you to lie to finance companies also refusing to give me my tag (illegal) and threatened to report my account to the dmv and put a registration stop on my license (illegal) Adam the manager is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in sales. Curses you out, and told me to get the f*xx out of his office. I’m embarrassed for them that they have a manager like that.
John was my sale guy and it was a perfect experience and everyone there is very friendly and great cars to choice from. David also made my buying process... amazing, so should get your car from this place!!!
My son brought a car from them he was told tax’s tag and title was included in price they called him 2 months later and told him his tag was in and he... dad to pay 500 so we tryed to explain what was told to us he was very rude told my son he was raised wrong then hung up then the lady that handles the warranty called my son and told him you can get your take after you pay us and we don’t put tax’s rage and title in the price so don’t call back until you have the money. Someone really needs to investigate this fraud company
Rides for you sold my son a lemon literally we tried immediately to get him out of the car. The owner and associates kept saying they will fix the problem.... It has been 1 problem after another! The car is back in the shop for like the 8th time he got the car now 3 or 4 months ago and they now want 1,200 dollars to fix a lemon. We have tried to get out of the car before 30 days and they have done nothing but lie. Rides for you is very crooked do not buy any vehicles from them! Car was also infested with Roaches!!
Purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze and the first day I had the car it started making a loud ticking noise so I take it back to the dealership for them to fix... the noise and they did a couple days go buy and the check engine light comes on I look up under my hood for the first time and there was oil spilled everywhere like it was leaking from multiple places I took it back to them they said it was the head gasket and they will replace it they had the car for 2 days I paid them 200$ for whatever they did I got the car back and it was still smoking these people are scam artists and just want to take your money and xxxxxxxx u stay away from any dealership called ride4u
GT helped me out tremendously find the perfect car for me he was patient and understanding with through out the whole process he explained everything thoroughly... and overall I was very pleased with the service I would definitely recommend for anybody looking to purchase a vehicle
Four months after paying cash, HighQAuto.com still has not delivered the title or permanent tag. Unacceptable. 2017 Infiniti QX50 paid for in cash in mid... August, still no title and it’s almost December.
They LIED and wasted my time. Thinking back on it, I shouldn’t have expected anything less from a dealer that advertises one price, then adds in a $995... “Dealer Fee” at the last minute. In spite of that, we negotiated and came to an agreement on terms. The following day I spent a reasonable amount of time at the bank arranging financing, and reconfiguring my insurance policy. When I returned to the dealer to pay for and pick up the vehicle, they said, “Oh no! We can’t possibly sell it to you for that price. There has been a misunderstanding.” Any misunderstanding that happened, happened in their back office and I was not involved. I am sure that in response to this review, they will say that I am mistaken. However, I had my numbers in writing from them, and they refused to honor it. My advice to anyone reading this review is to find a reputable dealer to do business with.
My experience was by far the best. Carlos and Amir worked with me and made sure I got the car I wanted. They also went above and beyond for me. I am greatly... appreciated. They stayed on top of everything and worked with me as well. Great customer service and great people. I would most definitely refer friends and family. I am very happy with my car. Thanks again guys.
