WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CAR LOT!

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CAR LOT!! Car purchased online and it has been a disaster from the first day the car was delivered, Was charged a 2nd delivery fee. Literally, day one, had to have 2 tires replaced because they were FLAT! Day two, had to have battery replaced. Been one thing after another and some MAJOR issues. Due to the online purchase, the taxes were paid for Florida originally. They sent county live in a check for taxes and it BOUNCED!! After multiple trips to court due to being pulled over by law enforcement because of tags, A judge looked over paperwork and noticed SIDECAR. What??? An ADDITIONAL $2500 attached to me, like I had leased it. This car IS NOT LEASED. He explained, that it appears the individual that had the car before me owed money and they attached it to what is owed by me. If you live out of state, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!

Verify they really have the car before going.

Called and asked if their Nissan Versa 2017 was available and I was told it was, so I arrived about 2 hours later to find they had sold it the previous day.

UNPROFESSIONAL ACROSS THE BOARD

Overall experience was far from acceptable nor professional - waited over a week for a car to be transferred from a sister location in Ft. Pierce come to find out they transported the wrong vehicle in horrible condition and sold the “ Promised “ car from under me after waiting a week during holiday season - zero explanation or apology was given & I’m happy this happened… based on BBB rating & customer testimonials - I’m surprised this establishment is still in business - terrible level of professionalism all across the board. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Buyers Beware

I recently purchased a 2017 Q60 from this dealer. I was informed that the vehicle was a rebuild, however they stated that the car had no mechanical issues. I did an inspection and didn’t see anything crazy and the few things I did notice they agreed to fix and put on the “We Owe” contract and that if I had any other issues moving forward that they would take care of me. Not only have those issues not even been addressed but after a few days of owning the vehicle I started noticing several issues. I then proceeded to take the vehicle to TWO independent repair shops and I was informed that there was SEVERAL broken/damaged parts related to suspension and driveline. Some of these issues are even safety concerns if any of these parts were to fail mid-drive at even moderate speeds it would have resulted in an accident. So I contacted Aman who assured me they’d get this taken care of for me, we setup a date/time for me to drop off the vehicle and they had my vehicle for three days, I then was informed that the repairs had been completed and that I could go to the dealership and pick up the vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle was not at the dealership and I was told they still had to go pick it up from the shop in Miami. I waited in the dealership for over an hour and then was informed that someone would drive ME down to Miami and that I would need to drive the vehicle home from Miami. Upon picking the vehicle up, it seemed like the problems had been resolved initially however three days later, one by one each issue I had mentioned was still there so I took the vehicle to one of the initial shops and I was informed that not a single part had been replaced and that the parts were still the exact same parts. I then contacted the dealership and was informed that the canceled their service contract with that place after leaving an entire control arm loose/hanging off one of their own vehicles that belongs to the sales representative. So not only did they not fix my vehicle, but they potentially could’ve left the vehicle in worse condition than before if the shop even took anything apart to begin with. So long story short, they tell me they’ll take care of everything once again and tell me it’s going to be repaired at a Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler Major dealership service center that is next door and we schedule a date/time for me to bring the vehicle by and I was told it would be ready the same day, so I bring the vehicle in on the scheduled date/time and I am informed that the vehicle possibly wouldn’t be ready and that no loaner vehicle would be provided despite the fact that the vehicle was not only promised to not have mechanical problems (Outside of normal wear and tear), but actual safety concerns regarding the suspension and driveline issues. I asked for the contact information of what shop the vehicle was going to and later on in the day I contact the shop to get an update on the repairs to see if it would be ready or not and I’m informed they don’t even have the vehicle in their possession. Currently I have no idea where my vehicle is other than the City of Miami, and I’m being told that they “took it to a different shop” but I’m being refused the information regarding what shop they took it to. It is my right to know where my vehicle is being repaired at. I am highly upset that after being very cooperative and understanding of everything that has happened that I am being given the run around. I’m being told not to worry about where the vehicle is being repaired and that it will be ready for pickup tomorrow. Based on the results of the repair this review may change if the dealership honors the agreement but at this point: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP

Scam people just to make you come in

The scam people. They post in FB a car that does not exist, for a great price, just to make you come in. Then they tell you it was sold and offer you another car. Btw, the person you chat with online does not exist in real life. They make up identities just to make you come in to sell you a car.

Would give 0 stars

Would have gave 0... Contacted the dealer regarding a car, one of the worst experiences ever. Don't let this be you! Website listed a 2020 altima sl with 10,232 miles, checked the photos on the car show it's a managers special with 16,000, so I made an offer through email and explained it's got 60 percent more miles. First email ignored both the mileage and the offer and they want me to come in to find a "car"? My reply that tells me everything I need to know at that point. They reply again you should come in and test drive car before we settle on a price. My reply I've already test drove at my local dealer don't need to do and I'm not gonna drive 3 hrs for nothing if you can't make this work. Then I get from dealer we can't negotiate over email or phone. Typical car salesman, don't be sucked in, no wonder carvana and other online sites are more and more popular with this attitude, when you can get the same cars everywhere and your shooting for a little bit of a deal and they won't even basically talk to you, be aware of that, they try to get you in with these tactics and no matter what they tell you they can negotiate online, then they try to use bullying tactics so you'll make a rash decision. Other dealers I talked to at least told me yes or no and gave me rough numbers for what they could do, this dealer didn't. Never go with a dealer who won't email in writing or give you at least some indication they're willing to work with you through emails. This never has to be face to face and in case your like me and you like time to think take your time, please don't fall for these tactics that seem to be being phased out with other companies finally, there's no reason for anyone to tell you this in today's electronic age.

Horrible place do not go and read review

Only pro Jay was an amazing dealer tho and great to work with , he deserves better than this horrible place . I don’t even know where to start with this eco. Not only did I find out no one was communicating with me after I bought my car, I found out that everyone got fired for stealing through my finance company. They never ever reached out after my purchase and told me what happened. Changed my finance company without giving me proper detail. Suddenly I walk outside my car was repod. Horrible experience. They do not communicate or return any texts or calls. When they text you I reply and hear nothing back. They tell you to lie to finance companies also refusing to give me my tag (illegal) and threatened to report my account to the dmv and put a registration stop on my license (illegal) Adam the manager is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in sales. Curses you out, and told me to get the f*xx out of his office. I’m embarrassed for them that they have a manager like that.
