I had a scheduled Service appointment for my 2021,

I had a scheduled Service appointment for my 2021, leased, Nissan Rogue Platinum, and was seen promptly by Debby, a very warm, friendly and courteous service rep. After about 20 (?) minutes, Bill entered the waiting room, and told me my oil change was completed along with installation of new windshield wipers. Neither Debby, nor Bill were pushy or impatient, and delivered what I asked for. I left very happy, and look forward to leasing another Nissan SUV very soon! Have a lovely, safe Thanksgiving!

I was service at Sheridan Nissan for a manufacturing software update on recently with no charge. The waiting time for.me was done within 1 hour. Excellent courtesy service very much customer focus.
