I had a great experience with Rod and Verna. Rod helped me order a forester with a good price point. Rod was very straight forward, friendly, and funny. Verna helped me with the paper works and provided great customer service. She was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I would 1000% recommend this place and will be coming back in the future.

Using Express Service we just drove in to the dealer and had our Forester's initial service completed in 33 minutes. Everything about the maintenance was explained beforehand so there were no surprises upon completion.

Review of my experience with Dick Hannah Subaru
I had a lot of anxiety about a new car purchase. It has been years, but all previous experiences were horrible. Our Salesperson, Jay, was the most personable easy going salesperson I have ever worked with. I cannot say enough about him and ALL of the staff. TEN STARS!

oil change and point check
Had an oil change and point check. I always feel comfortable waiting in this facility. I took my dog for a walk and they text me updates. The service is thorough. They check everything. They are personable and friendly. I will go back and recommend this place to all. And the Subaru is the best car I have ever owned.

Service
I love my advisor Chris , and I work at a dealership and he?s definitely it , his customer service is amazing and I have been giving him a hard time but he is there for every question I have , what I don?t like is that my car is still experiencing the same issue and after the ECM software update it?s still acting up , this is a 2022 I don?t want to deal with a new car already giving me problems
