I was lied to about the vehicle the day I purchased the

I was lied to about the vehicle the day I purchased the vehicle the price had been lowered and when I asked for the new price they said I could only have the price they offered the day before. I had to leave the vehicle there as I am 5 hours round trip away. My son took a day off and I picked the car upon the 12th of May. I purchased the car on the 8th. My son had to travel from Welches Or to my home on the Washington coast. When I got the car home the passenger power seat did not work.By the way12 miles were put on the car while it was at the dealership. It took the dealership 3 days to tell bring the car up and we will make a decision. I am 85 and fill they made this as hard as possible .I have written the corporate office and the dealership with no response. I can go on forever but I want a commitment.

Our records indicate a team member followed up on May 13 to check in and ensure everything went smoothly, but it’s clear more could have been done. I had a wonderful experience with Stephanie. I live 3 hours away from the dealership and she was able to help me with by purchase primarily thru text message and the Dick Hannah Subaru website. If someone is looking for a car or wants to purchase contact Stephanie. She is so helpful and not about pressure.

Amir Mahdi was the best sales person I have worked with.

Amir Mahdi was the best sales person I have worked with. He did not pressure me on anything. He knew my price and trade in limits and made those work for the used vehicle I was looking for.

Excellent service from Stephanie! Stephanie is easy to work with and knowledgeable. Stephanie, Tuan, Mikella, and Rod made may buying experience enjoyable and extremely smooth in a challenging personal situation given I just moved west from the east coast and have a lot going on. They took the time to explain things I wasn’t clear on and I feel they set me up in the right direction given all the choices of leasing vs buying. They took the time to get to know my needs and situation in order to best serve me. I will definitely be giving my business to these kind folks in the future. Thank you Stephanie, and thank you all! Y’all make a great team!

I had a great experience at Dick Hannah Subaru. Adrian Contreras was my salesperson, and he was fantastic to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m really happy with my new Subaru and appreciate how smooth everything went.
