    We purchased our last vehicle from them. This time we tried the online process. After researching and finding the one we want, going through THEIR process,... confirmed the VIN with our insurance for the drive home, and arrive for the appointment (early) to be told the car was sold. Sure there was a non-apologetic sorry to go along with the offer to tour the lot, no thanks Dick. Oh you do have 1 comparable at over 15k more? Wow, just wow. Nice.

    Never been more insulted in my life,will be shopping elsewhere in the future, 14000 dollars for trade value of 2018 outback 55000 miles ,crooks,back to... gresham subaru tried to keep it local

    Antonio was great with the explanation of used Certified cars. My trade was way too low but I didn't want to hassle and ultimately took the $500. Service... needs to pay more attention bro cosmetics fixes my gas cap was broken

    Ather Munson has helped me with the leasing and purchase of 4 Outbacks. Any time I want a new vehicle, I request him because he doesn't put on a high pressure... sales pitch but rather answers my questions patiently and courteously. He is the best sales person I have worked with. It is a pleasure to do business with him.

    I came in Looking for a lightly used outback and Antonio showed me several used Outback that fit what I was looking for. He took my concerns about COVID... very seriously and put in a separate room from everyone else. I felt completely comfortable in these dangerous times.

    I reached out to Marissa Farnsworth on Friday with inquiries about a Toyota Tacoma. Because of COVID and the appointment only standard She and her associate... Danielle were able to set my appointment set up for Thursday (5/7) @ 1:00 PM. In that conversation I let her know I’ll be driving from Seattle to this appointment. It’s a 2.5 hour drive. On Wednesday I noticed they increased the price $1000 online. I reached out via chat to see if they would honor the original price as I will be driving 2.5 hours each way the next day. Michael Escalona got back to me and said he checked with his Director, Christopher McNamara and they said they would honor that original price. As I’m driving down 2.5 hours with my wife who is also an essential worker I said who will I be working with on Thursday. He said I won't be working with anyone specifically though i can ask for either one of our sales managers, Kenny, Curtis or Erik. So after all this after I drive 2.5 hours down there for my 1pm appointment they tell me they sold the truck yesterday but they have trucks that cost $10,000 more available. A disconnect in communication or Bait and switch either way this was a waste of 6 hours. Dick Hannah dealership sucks at what they do. You want to make it right? Drive a Grey 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD sport 4x4 with access door -47k miles with premium wheels up to Seattle for the price I agreed. Then walk home.

We completely understand your frustration... and would feel exactly the same having made a wasted a 2 hour drive from the Seattle area. I can assure you it was not our intention to have you drive down for a vehicle that was unavailable and can say it was an honest mistake on our behalf. While this doesn't make it right, we'd like to extend our apologies to both you and your wife. Prior to your appointment, we were unaware the truck had sold; had we known, you would've been the first to be notified. While we are unable to hold vehicles that are advertised on our website, we do our best to keep an open line of communication to ensure everyone is on the same page. Due to the increased traffic of customers on 5/7, shortly after our re-opening, the status of the truck was lost in the shuffle and it was simply missed.     Received the royal treatment with Royal Tran. We were lucky to work with him from demo rides to closing price. He is very knowledgeable about different... models and options, which helped in making our final choice. He was more of an invaluable resource rather than a salesman. Also, he helped explain the costs of buying vs. leasing. He was always patient with us and never did we feel pressure to buy. I highly recommend Royal Tran to everyone who wants a smooth and satisfying car buying experience.
