I am a return customer, both my experiences with Dick Hannah Subaru are worth me letting others know. My sales person Gary Meyers was the perfect amount of seeing what we want and giving us room to look at the correct cars. Gary was beyond knowledgeable on all of the Subaru vehicles. We narrowed down what model we wanted and which package. As we test drove he spoke about the features on the car we chose. Again the perfect amount of inserting information and letting us enjoy this car buying process. Negotiating our trade and price of new car went smoothly, much to the horror stories you hear there was no games. Tanya our finance manager was so easy to work with and that process went as expected by the Dick Hannah team, respectfully and timely.

Dick Hannah Subaru in Vancouver WA is outstanding in sales and service! We were truly amazed how kind they all were and how fast we put our deal together without the whole go back and forth style negotiating! Thank you! I love my new car! Bill Parker was the absolute best in helping me choose the perfect fit for my wants and needs! He is a very patient man! Thank You Bill! Andrew was also very helpful and we will get to test his instructions on my "help me" questions. I apologize, there were others that took part in our car decision and I don't remember all the names and title but want to thank you too! Thank you Dick Hannah Motors we are truly impressed!

This EV purchase was my 5th new Subaru, and the 3rd I've purchased from this dealership. I got a fair price for my low mileage. trade, and a fair price for my new car, with the exact features I wanted. My time is valuable, and appreciate not having to jump through haggling hoops. Also, the service department at this dealership is the best. A great place!

We were looking for a certified pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek for our college-age son to drive and saw one that interested us online at Dick Hannah Subaru. After receiving an initial response to our inquiry overnight, we scheduled a test drive the next morning. The condition of the car was excellent despite having been used for 27K miles. Our sales consultant, Robin Volvoka, was our advocate throughout the process, providing top-notch customer service. He was genuinely personable, and he helped us achieve our goal without any off-putting sales tactics or pressure. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he researched it and followed up within minutes. We were able to negotiate a fair price for the car, and the remaining steps to buy it were fast and easy. We definitely would return to Dick Hannah Subaru for future vehicle purchases.
