He answered my questions, was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, did not pressure me to upgrade, and laid out options clearly. I really, REALLY, did not want to engage much with a salesperson and I'm happy to report that Roy's care and attentiveness made the entire car buying experience a breeze. Abdul Quddus worked with me on financing and made the complicated (for me) exchange smooth. He was approachable, warm and knowledgeable. I got a great deal on my first new car and am happy to support our local Subaru dealer. They made this happen on a holiday!

It's gonna take me a while to get used to the new technology as I had my previous vehicle for 16 years and things are really changed. The whole team has been very patient in helping me learn how things work and what I've made embarrassing mistakes they didn't make me feel bad about it. The whole process was relatively pleasant. I really appreciated my salesman Mike who worked with me and got me where I needed to be in order to buy a new vehicle and be comfortable with it. He was absolutely wonderful!

I purchased my first Subaru Outback in 2012 and serviced it only at Dick Hannah. My service was always handled by Frank and his honesty and integrity are the reasons I am still with Dick Hannah. I just purchased my 2026 Outback and love it! It will also be serviced by Frank.
