Quick Lane
I felt I was heard with regards to the items I needed done to my car. It was done timely. Parts are on order. Only thing...if you tell me you are going to vacuum out my car and don't do it...that upsets me. My car was washed on the outside. Very Thankful for that.

Great Service, Greater Employees
I was greeted by Paul Moore, Service Adviser, in a prompt, friendly manner. We discussed the service that I needed and said that I would wait. It turned out that I needed to replace the brake pads (wasn't suprised at at 119k that the brakes were wearing out). Paul and I discussed cost and possible problems that the Techs might run into. Paul indicated that they had the parts and should be able to complete the job the same day. I had the Shuttle Driver, John, take me home, (I have ridden with John before) and he was his normal, nice to be around, self and a pretty good driver (I don't like to be a passenger but he makes the ride comfortable). The vehicle was finished the same day as promised. All in all, my experience from Paul to the very pleasant cashier (who's name I don't know) was great.

CONCORD FORD
We bought the vechicle in the L.A. area and then we moved to concord. when we took the ford in for service, i thought that we would not get good service because we had not bought the car in the ocncord dealership. but i could not have been more wrong, the service was great, we got our oil change and the rest of the service in a hour and the best part was no charge!!!!

I recently purchased a Ford Flex and I was backing out of my garage and broke the entire side view mirror on the driver's side. The Future Ford service team was quick to resolve my issue and get me back on the road with a new mirror.
